    INGREDIENTS
    Classic Tofu - 200g
    Broccoli - 200g
    Shiitake Mushrooms - 3-4 mushrooms
    Salt - 1/2 tbsp
    Garlic Powder - 1/2 tbsp
    Corn Starch - 1/4 cup
    STIR FRY SAUCE
    Vegetable Stock (or Chicken Stock) - 2/3 up
    Light Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
    Vegetarian Oyster Sauce (or Oyster Sauce) - 1 tbsp
    Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
    White pepper - 1/2 tbsp
    Corn Starch - 1 tbsp

    Very good and simple recipe, really tasty 😋 However, I always fry the broccoli with the mushrooms, as it becomes even softer when cooked briefly in the sauce. In my opinion, blanching it would make it too soft. I prefer it crunchy. Otherwise, keep up the good work 💪👍🤗

    Nice recipe. I suggest putting broccoli stems in first for a minute or two. (Could show how to peel and prepare them.) Sugar not necessary.
