You are like me in that I set up what I know for the whole year right away. I don’t film a PWM, so I just need to have things on the calendar so I don’t forget!

Hi Taylor! I'm a teacher in Kentucky! I've got a couple of questions.
1) What do you do in the overall monthly spread and each monthly spread if you all have any unexpected days off (snow days, etc)? I love how you have everything highlighted, but I worry about having to change it with how crazy our weather can be here lol!
2) What brand of white out do you use?

@@stephaniewatson9240 I use the tombow whiteout. It matches the paper perfectly, and it’s so smooth.
The good thing about washi is that you can pull it up if you need to. I white out what I need to, use stickers to cover things up, or just leave it.
My monthly is for the big plans and for my future planning. I use each day’s box for the topic of that day’s lesson. I like to see everything at once. I use little post-its until I’m ready to write down my plans.

Yea! Another plan with me. I definitely got one this year as I have 3 preps. I am teaching 7th SS, 8 SS and clde for all my newcomers as we got many last year in Denver and I spoke Spanish a lot to them

Set up Videos are the best. I am debating getting a new EC for this school year. I bought one in Dec for Jan-Dec so debating if I want to get on Academic schedule (my preferred) or stay on Jan-Dec. My budget says use what I have lol. My household planner is a Passion Planner Academic so buying 2 planners at the same time isn't easiest on the budget. We will see. I am thinking at least a new cover may be in order... love that rainbow Evolve

Okay Taylor. I PROMISED myself I wasn’t going to get a TP this year, because there were so many times I left those lesson plan pages blank! As a music teacher, I have my own lesson plan template that I keep in a notebook - hand written because that’s how my brain works. Now, I’m thinking seriously about getting a TP!! I know you have a template for your lesson plans to fit in those TP columns. Would you mind sharing how you made that template? You don’t have to share specific school/kid stuff - just your thinking process. I’m just really curious. I’m trying to fit everything in a daily duo - not sure if it will work. I guess we’ll see!
I made it it Google Slides. It was a lot of trial and error but worth it!
Parker, I said the same thing. I did by a student academic calendar for daily stuff, but I never use all of the cute stuff.
I got the same “insides” for my teacher planner. My summer hasn’t really started yet. We’ve only been out for 2 days, and I still have some loose ends to tie up as a Dept Chair and in my Admin Program class.

I bought it back in April so I'm not sure if it's still available but it's called "Pins and Needles".
We haven’t started our summer vacation, ours starts around the 21st July, and we go back around the 5th sept

How do you store all of the handouts we get as teachers to reference?
I make everything I make available for teachers digitally. Most of my teachers prefer that. But I also have paper handouts for those who want them.
I personally don’t keep much around, especially if I scan it. But if I do, it goes in a file folder in my desk.
So you actually use the stickers in the back, why not just cut them out so you remember to use them? Cut them out and put them with the rest of the stickers that your bought to use throughout the year. Maybe that way you'll be more likely to use them any way?
If I decide to keep all my stickers in the back, it makes sense to me to just keep them in the planner. If I do decide to move everything out, I would definitely cut them out. Everything needs to be in one spot of I will forget about them.
