@@writeitonapostitnote honestly I have been fortunate enough that it's never really occured to me, probably because I teach music so it's an elective and the kids in my class actually want to be in my class so I've had good parents. But I have MANY teacher friends that have had to deal with it. Usually it's best to get your department head or an admin involved.
It's quite disturbing just how many of these people are out there. Saying how amazing their kid is and they are the ones always causing issues and often the ones with awful manners and clearly have never been told no or been given guidance at home.
I'm not a teacher, but in my experience if a child generally acts up everywhere else but home, they usually get their way at home and aren't used to have expectations for their behavior. (This of course doesn't apply for kids that suddenly change behavior).
In the last school I worked at, there was this one kid that knew how to shmooz the teachers that could hold them accountable and acted well in front of them. For everyone else, he was pushy, nosey and downright rude. There was always a lot of "well my mum said" and I wanted to throttle his mum for teaching him such disrespectful ways. Eventually met his mum and was like ohhhhhhh right, I see it now.
Is it henry, or is it the school!!! I think probably the school!!lol, so strange shes getting the same comment from a few teachers, but its definitely not Henry, must be the school.
I am probably seen as the "difficult mum" at the moment . I have 2 kids and one of them has problem after problem at the moment so recently I've found my voice . I'm not letting it drop 😂😂xxx
At the beginning I though you were the teacher for a minute big I love this vid could you do one like it maybe please where this happens and you are the teacher love your vids xx

the facial expressions are just bang on
Stop the forehead muscles are so spot on I can’t even-
"I'm getting this comment a lot. So I'm thinking is it henry or is it the school"...........as a teacher I must say, this is terrible but accurate
Silly question but how do you respond to that?

@@writeitonapostitnote and that's not a silly question at all!
His primary school had nothing but good things to say because they were just saying whatever they needed to say until he left for high school.
"He does no wrong. NO wrong ever"

As a teacher I can confirm that there are parents like that - and even worse 😅 Especially when you're teaching in a rich area 😩😬
