Plants that give you high iron are kale, broccoli, green peas, whole wheat pasta, black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, and spinach. So her low iron and low protein isnt due to her NOT eating meat. I get a ton of iron and protein with just plants. It isn't because she was a vegetarian. I know. I am mainly a plant eater. Animal products high in protein are dairy milk, eggs, and cheese. You have to deliver a placenta right after the baby. Mine fell apart and they had to get up there and get it out manually. You can also donate it afterwards for medical use.
hey sharon! so, i can’t claim as a girl who suffers from anemia because i haven’t been to the doctor in 10 years, so no medical diagnosis. however, i can safely say i was deficient of most nutrients. i was of healthy weight, but i was not getting even half of my daily vitamins or minerals, including iron. suffered from feeling really faint after suddenly standing up, limbs would randomly go numb and collapse. and to answer your inquiry abt period skips… yup! i still got mine, but it was unhealthily irregular even years after starting it. and when i did. get it, it was horribly heavy and painful, the only cure was to practically knock myself out with a dose of pamprin to numb the pain. i’ve contributed that to my iron deficiency… and overall nutrient deficit, because once i started eating nutrient dense foods, taking vitamins to catch my body up, and taking iodine to balance my thyroid, my periods became regular, and transitioned from heavy to light-light enough that most cycles, i don’t even need any period products!

I have a story. So, it was a normal day on a school trip when we were about to leave but first I had to pee. I looked in my pants then I saw blood. I had to cool and wait until we were there. One hour later, I told the female teachers and they helped me all cool. I took the longest out of everyone to finish. When I got out, literally I felt like everyone knew because I'm not popular but then also the girls be asking me if I could sit with them. I told my roomate and I shouldn't cuz she says it like it's a planet.' periood' After the trip I told my other friends and they all were shocked as it was the best time for the teacher to talk about perids. About half of the girls now know because I only told Emily, Anayah and Amrita. I also stink.

So, from what I know, your first period is usually quite light, so that spotting you noticed recently might've actually been your period Now, because periods tend to be very irregular at first, you may not get your period for another couple of months, but don't worry, because it's perfectly normal! :D
My mom said my doctor told her I'm anemic but I always get hot easily until I noticed that I started having an irregular period but only a few days off. (I'm eleven so I knew a wasn't pregnant cus I'm a virgin) I ain't no bad kid. Unless I'm around my friends only or my cousins. No adults
