Max (Just beat his first opponent at 155 and has a fight in the works with Illa)
Volk (technically already lost twice to Islam and then once to Illa so he’s not a champion at 145 or 155 rn so maybe down the line he could fight Islam but rn it doesn’t make sense for him to have a third fight with Islam)

Volk rematch wasn’t planned you casual. And Volk was clearly training for the rematch, no one would take a fight on short notice if he wasn’t training before especially Volk. So it was a short notice for both fighters so no excuses.
