First, let me say…. just because you really were missing and now are back with us again doesn’t mean I’m not crazy! I love your videos, but I think we all understand the reality that you have a life and a family, and the feeling of being overwhelmed! We just appreciate anything you take the time to share with us! So no explanation is necessary. Just a big Thank You from all of us who save our Sunday morning coffee for your videos! ❤
I really enjoy your styling videos as well as your DIYs. Maybe do more thrifting videos too / fixing and adjusting second hand clothes to suit personal style and proportions?
@@OrlysChannelor, maybe even a styling video, where you find that one piece in your closet than you can NOT make fit with anything else. I know we all have those 🤪😂
You look as beautiful as always. You're the only DIY creator that I feel confident creating what you make bc you give such good directions and visual instructions. I recently accidentally spilled bleach on my favorite black sweatpants and immediately remembered the awesome bleach/tie dye diy you did a while back. It turned out perfect and saved my pants ❤
Good morning Sweety, nice to see you back. I woke up a half hour ago, to both grand daughters texts with this video attached. Will you make me one ,,Please Grammy". So guess what I'm doing today..twice. 🪡😁
@@Kellycreator I got a tripod that holds my camera. I record all the stuff they ask me to make. I show them how to thread the machines, cut patterns, types of fabrics, techniques. That way they have it when I'm ready to pass it over to them.
Your outgoing honesty and just flowing with lice attitude is so refreshing! It really teaches all of us how to accept life and roll with it and embrace when it goes a little sideways. You are totally awesome and we are totally here whenever you have something to share. As far as the design. Years ago I cut a sweatshirt and added a binding to the edge to just wear it around the house as a house jacket. But this totally solves my quandary of what to do with a patterned shirt that just has too much going on in the print. I think adding a solid placket from another shirt will be just what it needs to make it wearable for me. Your tips on leaving the extra in the back for a plate totally solved the high math problem of how to make it fit ! Love this video and love you!
I love your DIYs-don’t get me wrong-but I’d be just as delighted to see more styling videos, lifestyle videos, whatever! Some of my favorite styling tips and tricks have come from your videos. ♥️ And I still go back and watch your older videos for ideas when I’m stumped for what to wear somewhere new or to an event I’ve never been to before. Your channel is an excellent resource. 👍🏼
ORLY! Welcome back to You Tube. This is super cute. I like that you used gray sweats. The jacket is definitely something I could make. The pants look much better tapered. TFS 😍
while your DIYs are top notch, of course, any & all content you share Orly~ whether styling, shopping, wardrobe, decor, whatever, etcetera is ALL gr8.✌️
Hooray!! So glad to see you. Love the top SO much-- I'm definitely gonna try this. Great way to make a sweatshirt (or sweater) more fashion-forward. As usual, you make it look so easy. Wonderful that you took the time off to rest your body AND soul! All your ideas have been so clever-- share them whenever you feel like it! We'll be here! xxoo
Just want to let you know that your videos are greatly appreciated and I miss seeing your cheerful, creative self. I hope this note finds you well and doing what is right for you
Really liking this set. Also very true to not focus on perfection of your sewing projects. I'm DIYing a Denim maxi skirt from my old jeans and hand sewing them. Hand. And it's not looking as great, but I am so proud of myself. So, your outcome should definitely not be focused on perfection. More about what it means to you. ❤
Love you girl. We missed you but understand how the holidays are crazy when you have an extended family. I am looking forward to whatever you decide with the channel.
Hi, Orly. I'm so glad you're back! I've really missed you. You've got through so much last year. I spent 2 months in the hospital. I looked forward to your videos, your smile and energy. Your timing is impeccable! One of my sons was getting rid of a lot of his sweatshirts/hoodies. I've lost 171 lbs. Trust me, still have more to go. But, my old ones are gone. Sooo, I've been trying to get a design in mind. You've solved a big part of it. I wasn't liking the heavy big metal zipper this time. I don't know why I didn't think of transplanting the collar and button/snap bands. Love it! Pondering what else I can do... Its so good to see you back. Thank you for the ideas and inspiration!
Oh my goodness Orly I was sooo excited to see you back!! I love your channel and you have inspired me so much, in fact I have just ordered tulle to make the overlay to wear for my birthday party. You look fabulous and good on you for taking a break. I missed you down here in Australia 🇦🇺 xx
Absolutely perfect!!! I have some of my beloved mothers clothes and thanks to you im getting all kinds of ideas how i can fix them and make adjustments so i can wear them God Bless You!!!! THank you ❤ we were not the same size
Hello! SO Good to see you again!! We figured you needed a good rest and glad you got it. Love this DIY, SO comfy.😊 You are Wonderful have a Beautiful Sunday Orly.😊
I have an oversized sweater, I've been meaning to turn into a sweatjacket. So this is a really cool idea, on how to do it. More interesting for sure, than just putting in a zipper.
Yay my girl Orly is back! 💕💕💕 Obviously I love your DIYs but I’ll take anything you can give 😂 once, I remember you going through the upcoming season’s trends and doing “buy, diy, or skip” with them - I always wished you’d continued that!
Nailed it again. So glad you're back. I took a mental health day from work today, you gotta take care of you. I love this content. You inspire me to play!!!
I’m so glad to see you back!!! I absolutely love the whole outfit! I have trouble finding pants that are long enough… I’ve got the perfect pair (they’re just way shorter than I am comfortable wearing) and if I take the ribbing from the waist, I can add it to the bottom of the legs to make the inseam longer!… and they will look like joggers.
Orly! I was just thinking about you a couple of weeks ago and hoping you were okay. "you're not crazy, I have been gone for months" hey now, two things can be true at once 😁 I giggled when you said it looked phallic, because yeah, it totally did and that is exactly what I thought when I first saw you cutting it that way 🤣 I'm excited to see how your channel develops! I love your DIYs but I know it's hard to consistently come up with ideas, plan how they're going to work, do all the trial and error, AND execute them on top of everything else! You do you and we'll be here for the ride ❤
I am so happy to see another video from you! Your projects are so inspiring, even for advanced sewers/crafters! My stack of complicated projects is so high, I need these projects to re inspire me or give me an easy project to get the motivation to make more! So fashion forward, and I LIVE for mixing textures, like in this video ❤
Glad to see you back. Love this outfit. I’m going to try it for my grandkids and DM you the pics. Thanks a lot and happy to see you’re back. Your #1 FAN❤❤❤
We do miss you lots, but you gotta make time for yourself too. I have only 1 child and find it hard to do much of anything for myself so I get it. But as always, love the content!❤❤❤
We all deserve a break, glad to see you back. I sure missed watching your videos on Sunday mornings. I am an avid seamstress and since retiring have really gotten into repurposing and creating unique or updated styles with clothes. I saw the episode of RHONH with Erica and also thought I need to make something similar. Your video gave me even more inspiration to get to it. Welcome back, look forward to more of your future content.
Love!!! I am thinking: depending on the knit- it might be wise to add some elastic to the back of the pant- where the waistband is unsewn/open to help stabilize the knit from stretching out of shape as the pants are being taken on and off.
Good morning I'm glad I saw that you posted a video today I was checking every Sunday for a video .I know you were gonna put one soon I was waiting patiently for it love your content but I know life outside is also more important .thank you for this video today and as well the ones in the past ❤
Yay, an Orly video!! So excited to find this in my feed today! As usual, awesome cool ideas that are do-able. You are amazing. Don't feel like they have to be on a schedule. Creativity doesn't always work like that. Take care of yourself ❤❤❤
Welcome back! I was afraid you would leave us for the “only Tik Tok” crowd. Great DIY. I’ll try it first with a pencil skirt and a classy cardigan to give them a different vibe. Thanks.
Hello lovely girl, I loveJoanne Berry's comment. It echoes just how I feel. So, relax, if that is possible for you 😂. We love your channel & we'll be here, for whenever you are ready. ❤X
This was soooo cute!! I’ve missed you! Time for yourself is never wrong 😅 Thanks for all you do & we can always rewatch past videos ~ they are GOLD!!!🎉
"don't hold yourself to perfection" 💯💯

yea, those videos are just as difficult as DIY's but I am definitly trying to find a way.
A casual chatty mending video would be great! Orly (and us) can pick out stuff from our wardrobes that needs a little loving repair 😊

shut up!! I love that so much :)
That’s adorable. ❤ you should definitely teach them to sew. My Spanish Nan taught me basics. Only now age 48 am I recalling her lessons.

thank you for the support and the prayers xoxo
What a star you are! I’m a much larger lady than you but some of your ideas will work and you are so much fun to watch ❤
Everything you make is incredible and you would look amazing in rags!
We've missed you but you do you and enjoy your life!
