I've installed tomaseto archalli cng kit in an hyundai i10 and it's running amazing and I have driven 20k kms in last 6 months and no issues what so ever . Get it installed by a good authorised vendor ..
Got Tomasetto Achille installed in Suzuki Baleno1600 CC in 2006 & got endorsed in RC as well. Done 2.45 lac kms with almost zero Kit maintenance cost. Superb pick up and city average of 15-16 with AC

Thank you very much sir for your informative content. I have 2017 Swift dzire pertol model. Just clicked 45000 in a quarter to 7 yrs. Almost every time my car has given me mileage between 20.4 to 21.5 per litre. No question of city traffic and the drives are mostly weekend ones. On couple of occasions the lowest mileage figures were as low as 17.5 and on two long Highway trips (700 kms) it had given me as high as 23. And I have kept the record of every filling and the actual mileage....by tank full method as well as reserve to reserve method. Considering the hike in the prices of the gasoline from 67 in 2017 to 107 now....I was thinking of installing an aftermarket CNG kit but after watching yoour video I made up my mind to go with what my car is made for. Once again thank you.

It all depends on how skilled and trustworthy is your mechanic.. I have installed kit in my maruti car its been 3 yrs.. Yet not faced any issues. I do my regular cng servicing at 6000 km. (ideal is after 7500kms).. And if you buy a good kit like lovatto or tomesseto their after sales service is truly amazing...so imp is install kit from govt approved vendor only.. And even company fitted cng also face the issue.. My friend bought company fitted ertiga in 2018..in 6 months he got so many issues in cng.. After visiting many times to Service centre.. Sc guys were not able to fix the issue.. ( cause sc guys were not trained how to troubleshoot cng).. So it all depend on from where you fit the kit.. Do your research and then fit the kit.

Dry fuel wet fuel doesn't make difference. Lubrication is done by lube pump of the engine. Petrol doesn't lubricate engine as it's already combusted.

Bhai ne sahi information di hai bilkul aftermarket kit mat lagana.
1. Mene apni bs4 Tiago AMT me 1 saal pehle kit lagayi hai wo bhi lovato obd 2.
2. Mujhe highway pe 290-280 ka avg diya 2 person AC on all the time.
3. Same 2 ppl AC on all the time in Pune city traffic got mileage upto 220
4. Now its been a yr I am hardly getting mileage of 190 on highway with 2 ppl AC on all the time. And in city 160.
5. Another observation is my Tata engine becomes very smooth its like butter now. Still getting good pickup in petrol but in CNG not so good.
6. Main concern is engine sound is changed more bassy sound.
7. I think in upcoming years I will have some mechanical issue for sure so thinking to sell my Tiago XZA 🙄 Don't go for aftermarket CNG kit 👍

Exact and true information given by you, most of the you tubers are giving wrong information after 3 month of installation of cng in my petrol wagon r car my car performance become very poor engine start vibrate during, pick up reduced, clitch plate damage I sent approx 40k for maintenance my car till now I am not using cng

bhai mene bhi apni wagon R me cng kit lagai hai 2018 me vo bhi basic cng kit jisme ECU nahi hota hai mujhe to aajtak koi problem nahi aai shuru shuru me thodi preshani hui thi phir cng kit ko 1-2 baar setting kawana pada uske baad mujhe aaj tak koi issue nahi hua. gaadi bahut mast chalti hai..aur odo bhi 80k paar ho gaya hai...............

Bhai 2013 2014 Ertiga company CNG fitted and run 50k km … should I go for it ? Took test drive and running is smooth.

I got the CNG kit installed from "Kartar CNG, South Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. After CNG fitting my car is giving starting problem. The problem was told to them and even after a month of CNG fitting, they don't care and neither they are fixing it.
I have already shared number of one of a known cng installer near , visit him. Let me know if we can connect over call.

मेरे एक जानकार ने BRC Kit, दिसम्बर-2019 में Wagon-R (2012 मॉडेल) में लगवाई थी ।
आज हालत ये है की केवल 2 वर्ष में अब उसमें एक मुख्य दिक्कत आ रही है "गाड़ी अपने आप कभी पेट्रोल और कभी सीएनजी पर अपने-आप बदल जाती है" । अब तक वो जानकार इस गाड़ी को 2-3 मैकेनिक को दिखा चुके है पर समाधान नहीं निकल सका है ।
सीएनजी में केवल शुरू में ही मजा आता है और बाद में दुख ।

Sir I have booked Hyundai Aura in CNG but it is in waiting period.... As heard from RUclips channels Hyundai also uses third party companies (CEV Engineering ltd.) to fix CNG in their cars so is it to good buy Hyundai company fitted cng over Maruti?? As I don't want to buy maruti because of lack of features. Is my decision good?? Please reply both...

Bhai if aftermarket CNG is not approved in bs6 by government then company fitted CNG how are they approved because manufacturers are same only.
Government is looking forward to promote flex fuels and supported vehicle.. Its just the thing that government do not want to promote any outside fitted CNG kit.. for the sake of people safety..
I have alto 800 before 3weeks i got cng fitted in my car. For 2weeks i didn't face any issues but past 1 week mileage is dropping off and ac on the vehicle is getting off in 3rd and 4th gear. Using break or clutch to shift gears it's off. Pissed off with CNG kit fitted from govt approved centre. 2times i have visited the dealer. My alto mileage in petrol was 10kmpl😢

Wrong information..so many people have successfully executed external CNG fittings and running their cars ..only requirement is the skill of the person doing CNG kit fitting and calibration..doing preventive maintenance as per schedule is the key factor..!!

Dear anyone can run a petrol car on cng.. question arises that are you in to bear all the extra expenses that arise after installing the same..
Ford no more serves in india so there will be a shortage of service and spares in near future.. reduced engine life and scarcity of sensors based engine failure that can be a bit of challenge.. hope you get an idea . peace

if I run company fiiltted cng car once in a week....is it going to affect engine in future?
It's not going to affect engine, I will suggest you to get a cng only if your car runs atleast 6000kms a month anyway.
Do you recommend installing CNG in Chevy Beat 2010? Roughly done 50 to 60,000 KM, fitness achchi hai, single hand driven hai. Undecided to go for Nexon EV or change my own to CNG if allowed and legal.
I would suggest you to go for CNG in beat, reason:- parts and resale of Chevy cars are in mysery.
Its only legal to run till 25 , why not run on cng and recover cost from it..
Also you don't have to worry like people with bs6 for cng approval in it . And atleast you can anyday get the cng and scrap value at any RECYCLING centre at the end of 25.

Sir OEM like maruti and Hyundai charge more bcs they are after $$$$$ . Same car in petrol will have company discount as well as dealer discount but not on CNG y ? Bcs they know CNG to bikegi hi chahe kuch ho jaae haato haat bikegi .....

I would suggest you to wait for some days as Tiago Cng is on way.. so by that you can have a chance to get geniune cng installed by Tata

Agar aapne abhi nahi liya to mai bata sakta hu.. motozen and Lovato only have bs6 approval.. Lovato is Litt costly product..else both are good

Cng to lag jayagi lekin technically its not advisable.
I have had a conversation in hyundai manufacturing where it came to my notice that these engines are not fully compatible with the cng.
Else upto you as there are chances that you may experience a decreased engine life and performance..
