Man, Stefan is my favourite character of all. He is pure, kind-hearted, gentle and sensitive and intense at the same time. He's like a romantic tragic hero, if I could say. Some people find him boring because of the way he is but I love him for this. He made his mistakes and did bad things because of the vampire inside of him, but be always tried to be good and always hate that dark side in him. My dream was to see him human, as a doctor and married with kids(my Stelena heart is still crying) but I'm glad to know that he found peace with his best friend. Anyways, R.I.P Stefan Salvatore.

Sorry tvd fans, i hated this ending. everyone's other half died as well as Tyler. love delena but only they got a happy ending. none of the other characters. I can't even rewatch it. Stefan deserved so much better!

I know is a sad ending, (for Stefan and Caroline) but I think its such a great finale! I loved it, Stefan was who started all of ot, he died, like a hero, he end with all, I think it was a really good job. and if only Katherine had died and everyone had finished happy ever after it would be a disney finale

Stelena is dead", when Kevin Williamson deadass stated that if Nina had been available for the whole final season they would have gone back to the main love triangle (that last Stelena scene said it all), which makes Steroline the rebound couple because the writers couldn't do what was the plan.

No one got to be with the person they loved in the end except Elena/Dalena and I think that's messed up. Bonnie was finally happy with Enzo and thinking about the future and Stefan kills him in front of Bonnie because they couldn't possibly think of a better way for Bonnie to get her powers back and save the town than having her suffer first like always. I wasn't a hardcore Steroline shipper but it was a shame that she gained a husband and lost a husband all in the same day, He sacrificed himself so Dalena could be happy because no other than Daman/Elena could be happy and in love, in the end, it sucks the writer didn't give everyone the happy ending they deserved, especially Bonnie.
lilmama121 I said the exact same thing , I wasn't a steroline shipper, I'm more of a klaroline shipper but once anyone but Damon and Elena had a little bit of happiness they take it away . Don't get me wrong I'm a Delena shipper but still . Also I wanted to see more in the finally especially with Jeremy and Bonnie ( even tho I prefer benzo ) they never actually said anything to each other since end of season 5 and once he saw her in the end of season 6 they didn't say anything to each other cause of the circumstances but he wasn't in season 7or 8 so I feel as there story never really closed correctly 🤷🏽♀️
