they're getting destroyed in the paint, they refuse to start Wood alone without Powell, etc.
there's a reason he doesn't start when the teams healthy and when Kleber comes back, it'll be the same.
only casuals can't see it. the guy hurts his team when on the floor. he can drop 20 and 10 every game but they'll get blown out and give up 130 points.
and what's worse is it's because of a specific part of their defense. it's their paint defense. they have a top 10 perimeter defense, but have been getting destroyed in and around the rim since Kleber went out.

Trying to send the lakers best shooter to the line for a fantom foul. Karma bit LA in the end when finally they didn't get a couple of calls. This game should have been over in regulation with a comfortable Dallas win

When he traded to Lakers, he didn’t know how to be a real team player with more dominant personalities and lost his marbles for awhile there. Now OBVIOUSLY he’s been working on himself physically and mentally. Amazing turn around and his new accomplishments are telling of his character which is not just a narrowly judged description of his flaws, but of determination, flexibility, strength and so much courage!
