Take sea moss, black seed oil and vegan vitamins. Make sure you take the recommended amount for your age. You may begin to see a massive difference regarding sickness and energy levels, as you’re body will getting all it needs, so should balance out your hormones for sure.

Cuzzy, I went through the worse too. My whole pregnancy, I suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum when pregnant and its a nightmare, i had to end up on antisickness because I was throwing up at least 7 times a day! pregnancy was not glamorous for me. Then I got spd in the second trimester, so painful! Keep persevering though cuzzy, it's not easy but you are making it through and I know you may not exactly feel it but you look amazing.xx

@@MakeupBySasha not at all. Its hard cuzzy, everyone has their own experience, all I know is mine was hard and I can relate to you. Do what you need to get through. It may be bad to some but coca cola worked for my sickness. That was about the only thing I could stomach 😂😂. Rest as much as you can cuzzy hopefully as time goes on it will get easier but you are almost in the 3rd trimester! Almost there xx

You could name your baby and call her Genevieve if it is a girl because it is a beautiful name and it would suit the name of your baby or Christian if it is a boy because it would also suit. What do you think.
I went through the samething in my 1st trimester, my little one is two months old now and I must say the sickness was so worth it
