Music was quite interesting! I found it relaxing. What I find strange is that I've had lots of tt coaches, even a couple of Chinese descent, but not one of them taught me table tennis specific exercises like these. Sure, I was taught a couple basic ones. But not these. Also, I noticed like half of them in the video emphasized back muscles, especially low back (stretching and strengthening).

Look his opposite, both guy serve correct, they touch the ball direct of the fronton his stomach and the ball will falling between foots. An example, Harimoto v. Pistej, the umpire call 3-4 serve of Pistej foul, because he is doing the same thing like these guy without shirt.
