I purchased a 22/28 (with Dual Log lift) from you 2 years ago, and now have an Axis on order. Was told by your staff that mine is slated to go into production next week 2/11/2025. Glad to see tariff lifted, Raleigh NC here. Sweating here worried about where I could come up with the extra 25%, as I've already paid for it in full (took loan out). Sold my 17VS-C (14 hours), and went with your unit, which best fit my needs. Eastonmade is by far greatest splitters built. I went from Box Store Splitter, to then Timberwolf, to then 22/28 Easton, to then WoleRidge 17VS-C, and now getting the Axis soon (2 weeks)! Thanks for video, and for building best splitter on the market- per an honest non sponsored user :). Love your splitters !
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters yes sir, and THANK YOU! I ONLY went with the other vertical because of the quick lead time! HUGE Mistake! I was able to sell it, had 14 hours on it. Once it drags out for weeks or more the pain will be incredibly real for everyone. The next few years are going to be challenging in America. I sincerely appreciate your views, opinions and products. I wish dual citizenship was easier to obtain in Canada.
Yes but where does the money come from to pay for the tariff. The costs of the product simply goes up to cover it. Also he said that they will pay it so the buyer doesn't have to have the hassle but they have to put it as a tax on the invoice.
Hi Andrew!!😀😀 My feeling comes from way back in the 80s. The leaders let the horse out of the barn after they closed the door. Now there is a idiot trying to pretend he is smart. Don't back down from him.
In the long run this could all be moot. If Canadians persist in voting in "progressive" governments there will be no market for wood splitters because wood-burning stoves will be prohibited. This is already the case in a number of municipalities. Exporting this equipment will also not be allowed because it would be enabling the production of carbon dioxide, which is thought to be a heinous crime.
One way to beat the tariffs is to become the 51st state of the United States. We shall always welcome America's neighbor to the north to become part of the union. Keep making great products and you will always have loyal customers. Keep up the great job, Andrew!

You are a fool. "If Trump can get everyone on th same Trade page". OK, let's pay 25% because a clown decides his own agreements are suddenly void on a whim. Tell us all how "everyone" is to "get on the same page" when you're throwing random taxes on your closest neighbors. @@MicahHughes-y9t OK, seventy-two million Americans are not. But the other one hundred and seventy-three million eligible voters are both disgusted and embarrassed by his natics.
One sided view. I understand your points. From my side I wonder what our relationship would be if trade had always been fair? You do know in Trumps first term we produced more energy than we used. It will not take as long as you think to get no oil from Canada. As far as cars. If I was buying one today I have hundreds of options. If non is brought in from Canada I would still have hundreds of options. I have a sawmill and a lot of land. If no lumber comes in from Canada I would never know it. I hope for the sake of Canada this gets worked out. I actually think it already has. I hope it has. If I ever buy a processor it will be from you. The price doesn’t matter that much.
I think its worth your time to look outside of your usual sources for information in order to make better informed, more educated comments. I wish you the best.
PastorJack... Did you know that started in 2019, and it is that way to this day, that we produce more energy than we use? Do you know anything about how energy is moved around and the costs to finish it to a usable form Mr. Pastor? I kinda doubt it. Nobody cares about your saw mill or your little bible church or whatever weridness you got going on there for tax breaks. Living off us who pay taxes. I need to open my own little bible church and write it all off too.
You do know Trump negotiated the USMCA in his first term and said it was the best trade deal ever done. You know the US refineries are set up more for Canadian crude oil more so than the lite crude, that the country produces. You know if you cut your own lumber it doesn’t help domestic mills either so your argument doesn’t make sense. Also a lot of places won’t let you build anything without stamped lumber. Cars are built out of parts that are sourced in all three countries, some crossing the borders multiple times before being installed in the car you buy. You should get out more, the world is smaller than you think.
Keep doing what you’re doing Andrew, as soon I win the lottery I plan on ordering 3 or 4 of your splitters. I’m not saying they’re to expensive, but I’m just broke as shit right now.
Andrew you’ve built a reputation for being one of the leaders in the firewood industry. Quality and reliable is what woodhounds are looking for and willingq to pay a premium price as well as wait for your products. Hopefully the negotiations between our two countries is quick and amicable. 👍TCT

How'd that Vietnam War work out for ya...
Just become our 51st state 🇺🇸 problem solved. Wayne Gretzky can be your governor.
Prairie boy married to American wife.
Sorry about our man-boy “president.” Most of us are embarrassed by his childish antics. We love our Canadian neighbors!
Check your numbers, most of us are NOT!
@@MicahHughes-y9t OK, seventy-two million Americans are not. But the other one hundred and seventy-three million eligible voters are both disgusted and embarrassed by his natics.
sorry you are a whiny boy but 170 million voted for him
It’s not your fault we have an idiot president!
We had an idiot president for the last 4 years. How was that any better??
@ we didn’t have tariffs and we didn’t have a outlaw and convicted felon running our country absolutely disgusting!!!!!
The last idiot did not raise the price of everything 25%.
@EastonmadeWoodSplitters he has no clue.

👍TCT
