damn this form and notion database is a fucking awesome small / medium business sales tracker. if done correctly it can actually make an inventory system for small business too by just using Free version.
With Notion forms - I've been thinking about creating an on-boarding page for clients and was also thinking about having homework for them on a templated page which I would duplicate for each new client. I was also thinking about how I'd put their weekly check-in form on it. So What I was originally thinking is I'd just have a separate database table where I would attach the clients link to their duplicated homepage and then I would just view each page individually to check on their progress. And for the check-in forms I'd have to view each of their page to view the table they would update, but if they could use the google forms that work much better. I was thinking I like the idea of them also having access to their check-in forms they do week to week... So with the Notion form when it's updating on my table I should be able to create a view for each client and then embed that view on their client page right? Thanks for the updates - I'm excited to use Notion forms and Scribe
Thank you man, fro the content, although you don't seem to e embeding Miro's content, just a PDF; do you know if it is possible to keep editing capabilities as a miro board? real time updates etc. Otherwise as a PDF you would have to update it everything there is a minor change and kinda defeats the purpose
Hi👋 Why send a PDF from Miro to Notion? It’s better to type inside Notion "/Miro" and paste the Miro’s link. If I change Miro’s diagram, it change on Notion.
So what do you do when Witeboard goes under, you lose all of your sketches? There doesn't seem to be a mechanism to automatically back them up in your notion page as a PNG. What we need is a system that displays a PNG and when you click on it, it takes you to the corresponding Witeboard. So when Witeboard does die (not if), you don't lose data. Miro is a better option in that regard, but it's quite expensive just for some sketches. I already have Jamboard by Google for this (can't embed that).
With Notion forms, can this form be embed on my weebly or Wordpress website? It would be great if my customers could sign up from my website and then I could funnel that data into a pipeline.
Yes this is definitely possible with any form plugin that works with Zapier. You can port your form data directly to Notion using Zapier and any compatible form plugin. Watch this tutorial if you want to learn more: ruclips.net/video/pG-UjWikZSU/видео.html

Could you do a video on chart builders like Data Jumbo?
Thank you.
Absolutely, glad this helped you out!
Can you upload images in the apption whiteboard app you showcased? (to collab and comment notes for graphics for example)
Not sure if this works for teams, give it a go
