Part 10: • Lawyer Moe Gangat: Wil...
Part 8: • Lawyer Moe Gangat: Tor...
Part 1: • Lawyer Moe Gangat Thin...
    --------
In this clip, lawyer Moe Gangat shared his thoughts on Casanova 2X's federal case, and he pointed out the weak evidence being used against him, including a letter inviting people to a cookout. Gangat explained that the letter in no way seems to tie Casanova to gang activity, and he added that the other evidence against him doesn't seem too strong. From there, Moe Gangat explained how he believes the prosecutors could build a case against Casanova, which you can hear more about above.

It's only about what you can prove. The conviction rate only points to defendants getting pleas. Not because they are so great at crime fighting. They use dirty tactics. For example Fred Hampton.

The point of life is to grow, in a positive manner. Struggle should inspire success. Success should mean, “ lights are paid, waters paid, car notes paid, fridge is full, cable is paid, life/health/car insurance is paid, I have a great job I enjoy that I chose, I’m not in jail or in a box. One thing people don’t understand is that you need at least 2 lawyers for a jury trial. 1st lawyer should know the law, loopholes etc etc the 2nd lawyer is the mouthpiece that relays the message to the jury in a simple yet slick way. Usually lawyers are one of the other that’s why you need at least 2 min for a serious case. When it comes time for jury deliberation, 8/12 jury members not gonna remember the specifics. But conspiracy charges are a whole other ball game.

If they show him as part of a criminal organization, he is exposed to severe legal jeopardy relative to what the other information is on hand, and what his CoD's offer as a part of their plea deal. Cas individual case doesn't need to be strong in terms of defense. Its a RICO case. If he is proven to be involved at all, he can face the exact same charges as anyone else in the organization.
