Omg why have I never thought to cook ahead and then use the "keep warm" function. Mind blown!!! Also, I grew up calling this goulash and it's absolutely delicious 😋
I think we’re programmed to think of it as a way to “cook” but often if you leave it for too long the meal is over cooked! So I just make it ahead, throw it in warm and bingo!
@flourishingmiranda Love this! Going to try it. Most times I feel like cooking earlier in the day and dread cooking dinner at the traditional hour when hubby gets home since I'm home from work first (default parent) so this is going to help a lot!

I love seeing you start as a salt and pepper girl and now you are hitting that sauce with the chili flakes! 👏 I am trying this meal!! I am no longer vegan either after having children but I still like a lot of the old stuff and also your new recipes!
When I had my first baby I sat during breastfeeding and watch like all 10 seasons of Grey’s Anatomy! So much! She is 12 now but I still remember those days of balancing life with anew baby! Thank you for still making video!!
We (her and I) watched all 6 seasons of the crown during my maternity leave and it felt so special! I’m taking her to London when she’s 18 lol I promised her because you’re right- it’s like so special we’re sharing a show with our babies and those little memories of the late night or early morning feedings makes it more fun when you have a little something fun to watch!!

I grew up near Chicago and we called it Goulash. my mom added green beans and canned tomatoes, I need to make this I haven’t had this in YEARS!

Easy! I might try in my instapot and use sauté function then add pasta, sauce and spices. I think pasta cooks like 4 min in instapot. Some days I’m in a hurry! 😂 love the use of boca burgers too.

Love this idea! Yeah we would call it ghoulish. We used to add corn and top it with cheese. Being vegan i would probably do a vegan cheese. Thanks, I love easy to throw together meals!
