Great tips. Another good cue on the triceps movement is to imagine a bar going through your elbow and through your body to keep it pinned in position. Imagine having to pivot off the bar to help drive proper form.
True Mr olympia. Thanks for taking the time to preach the workouts . Unlike some who think they’re the gift of god and never share an exercise or training.

Hey Chris. I know you probably won’t see this but whatever. Lol. Anyways, for a video or paid series what about a workout routine for all muscle groups. I say this because getting back into the gym was hard enough( a blessing though) but understanding how to properly do any exercise from a pro would be great help to those new. For example I’ve learned from you to slowly go back to start position with curls and triceps. I didn’t know this and I don’t think most no this. Before doing that I would increase the weight and have shitty for trying to overload the muscle. With your tip I now drop the weight back down and do the same with better form and a bigger pump from slowly bring the weights back to start. Seems like a lot of the starts to most exercises is to be explosive then control the weight back to start. Sorry for the lost comment. Just a suggestion and thanks for all the videos. You inspire many including me and for the first time in my life (I’m 36! And still play hockey) I am finally gaining weight, muscle, and knowledge because of you and your videos. 36 years you fixed in a few months of video and gym. Thanks bro

Tried these today and holy fuck the stretch feels so much better than the exercises I was doing before. Tris also feel more sore post workout, definitely looking forward to seeing the gains later on.
I like how you brought it behind your back (or close to it) for the first exercise. I also do pushdowns on cable but just normal ones straight down, I'll have to try your variation next time. Cables are also my favorite for triceps, and one arm at a time and using no attachments, like you showed at first. I just find I get far better contractions that way then using two arms or with attachments, maybe because it's isolated and I can really focus on the squeeze. I just grab the carabineer and little plastic ball thing at the end. I usually do one-armed with no attachments: pushdowns, overhead extensions, and kickbacks. I try to hit each position (arms in front, over head, behind body) to hit the most spots on the muscle.
Always thought of the single arm cable extension as a finisher but I'm gonna try it as an activator today. I feel like a lot of exercises could be used as either an activator or a finisher interchangeably now that I think about it.
I never noticed Chris goes up at the end of every sentence lol. Not a problem at all, i never noticed it before and i cant not hear it lol. Thanks Chris for the actual informative tips.
