    I disagree when you say that your blonder hair tone made you look older; I really liked you with the blonder hair tone as well. Just two different looks.

    Just curious why you used level 7’s instead of 9’s because your hair was pretty light. Would the level 9’s just not made much of an impact? I have been using shades eq and I’m not sure I’m doing the right thing by using 9’s on my highlights. Interestingly I find it makes my hair darker for some reason.

      I wanted to be darker than level 9 for winter, which is why I went with 7s. I've been experimenting with darker shades. If I am just straight toning my blonde hair but want to keep it light and bright, I use level 9 toner and and dilute by half with the crystal clear formula. If your hair is platinum/level 10 the level 9s will definitely make it darker!
