You don't need to know logical reason for every trauma or 'bad' thing in your life. It'd be overwhelming and nearly impossible as many stems from previous lifetimes. Just ask yourself if you're truly ready to let go of something you don't enjoy in your life. And if you feel ready - pass it to your soul.
