This thing would only work on a dry wall or a wood wall. And i would not put anything important on top of that . The wall plugs open up when the screw Gets in that's why it's solid
You aren't unscrewing a bolt incased in hot glue like it were a mold. Also using the bold while the glue hasn't dried yet would be more effective and simpler.

Explanation: That plastic case you put inside the hole isn't just to avoid the screw to SCREW the wall (pun intended, but actually it has a mechanism wich expands once the screw goes in, locking the whole thing in place making it very hard to pull it out if it isnt unscrewed.
You could just get a tool to thread wood. Like maybe nail a piece of wood to the wall and thread a hole you drill into it. This just looks awful, after a few days its gonna break especially with a hanger supporting a backpack. Or you could just get screws.

Sometimes i use bamboo skewers in place of tox. Works great on concrete. Easy, very affordable, works well, and lasts
