That guitar player is Dimebag Darrel. He’s known as one of the best musicians to ever play a guitar. He made no mistake. Nothing was “off” either.
Phil Anselmo is the man! One of the top metal vocalist and he always had a stage presence.

Phil could do almost anything. As legendary as this band is, he is still underrated as a vocalist. Growl, howl, scream and croon.

Pantera had some of the best grooves in metal. RIP Dimebag and Vinnie Paul. It was actually Phil who helped Pantera get out of the glam metal scene.
Ya, he kind of fathered them into heavy metal. He would make them listen to slayer and sabbath on the way to shows.
Dimebag was a perfectionist in the studio. It was not a mistake.

Rip dime and vin!! Always love these guys. One of the best live performances I’ve ever seen. Got to meet guitarist dimebag after the show and he was sooo happy to meet his fans. Gave us all hugs like we knew each other. So cool.

Check out Phil’s other bands Down and Superjoint Ritual and the female artist Southern Isolation which produced and was featured on some songs which had a southern blues and rock feel

I loved how you catched the off time and actually heard the bass player that helped it out. I want to shere how Rex Brown is so humble to be underrated as a f**king brilliant bass player. He was always the silent one and did some pretty real shit for the Pantera. Im so glad the reunion tour is happening and he is actually accepted playing in it. Group guitarist will be Zakk Wyld basicly the best friend of Dimebag darrel. They did play together before and he played guitar for dimes place at some small gigs(dime was there he just let him play). I wish i was living in USA so i could attend the tour at some point but from europe and cuz of my job it doesnt seem possible at any angle atm. Unless i win some lottery hahaha just for the fly ticket lol i can manage the rest. Just if you can please concider to go to that tour man you are real souler. Feeling the Pantera vibes completely dont miss that chanse its kinda.. once in life time you know.

Listen to anything from Power Metal, its an underrated Pantera album. Phils voice is incredible on it.

In the beginning, Pantera was a powermetal band. Anselmo was able to pull out quite good highs. You could still hear it on the "Cowboys From Hell" album. Unfortunately, drugs and alcohol destroyed this amazing singer.
