Why the 10 and 2 grip? A terrible position for spirited driving. A 9 and 3 would feel so much better and grant you better control and feel of the car when throwing it deeply in turns. You sacrifice so much feel and control having that grip as well as safety.
You can see the speed on the right. I think he hit like 120 mph at most. That's almost 200 km/h. Personally I think I'd be too scared to go that fast on those roads :D
unpopular opinion: the milltek exhaust on this Engine does not sound that nice, IMO there are many others that sound better, and I'm not just saying that because my 09 S5 has something else.
@@nvl2691 Thats a system I've been having my eyes on for a while for my own V8 S5, I also believe it sounds the best out of all the others and more exotic rather than muscle car'ish like the AWE and most others do. Just weird why Tim wouldn't say what system he has though
@@reeseboi8704 Always fancied a V8 S5 myself, currently have an E36 323ti which is a lot of fun, but sometimes I long for something a little more... tame? E36s literally beg for you to thrash them. Can't help myself but drive it quickly! If I do end up purchasing a V8 S5, I would definitely use get the resonated JHM system, with catted downpipes, their lightweight flywheel and clutch kit, shortshifter kit and lowering springs. That's all it really needs in my eyes.
@@nvl2691 I think the V8 S5 offers the best of both worlds.. I love how I can daily mine around the city and highway and enjoy the refinement and luxury of a GT car and listen to that big V8 rumble away.. it's almost soothing. And then when I want to thrash it around, it handles it beautifully and takes it so well. It's a big step-up in power and speed when you go from your 323 to the S5... you'll get addicted to pushing the car just to listen to that V8 sing. Of course it wont be as direct and have as sharp handling and steering as the E36 might, but it's not that far behind either. Plenty of mods you can do to bring it up almost to the level of an Bmw M car. I have an E90 as well and only notice the difference when I pay attention to it. The Quattro masks it quite well. I would say get one, as long as you don't mind stopping at a gas station every second day depending on how pedal heavy you are :)
The downshifts sound crisp 👌
Does this have the auto rev-matching upon downshifts?

What a gorgeous road in such a scenic area! Beautiful!
Something about taking the insides at 4:39 just did it for me bro....orgasmic🤣
Beautiful car, Beautiful road, awesome driving, melodious engine

Literally personal preference calm down Karen
@@travisfs7526 lol how am I karen for pointing out something that's factual. A lot people seem to agree with me too friend.

Personally, I would prefer a lower gear in many of those corners! Thats why the DSG is so good and easy.!

Great way to end it 🤤🤤
Great footage!
Reminds me of the hand position in midnight club los Angeline
This is awesome!
Can I ask for a name of the road ? Because it truly is gorgeous. And really nice video btw.
Had some scary moments. Great road, what speeds did you hit?

Thank You!!
What a fucking road! Wow....... Nice driving
Awesome video bro 😎
Love it
Bro where are you at so I can drive mine down there, what road is it and what state
I just ordered the xpipe
I just got one, but I can’t seem to get clean up shifts and downshifts. I try rev matching but it Jolts me forward. Can you explain your movements?
if it’s jolting you forward you’re not giving it enough throttle for ur downshifts
Damn near floor it on the throttle blips
Do you feel a big difference with jhm flywheel? Do also got a link to the miltek exhaust set up? Lovley sound😍
camera setup?

What's name of that camera?
GoPro hero 7
does it have auto rev match?
No, it doesn’t have auto rev match
Hey haws the car going? Still got it??
Car is good, and yes I still own it
Nice downshifts, poor control. Be careful
You can't run with your own strength. Your body is hard, so it's not rhythmic at all. Don't do it before it becomes a video of the accident.
OMG you drive like in GTA 😂
That's must be the worst hands position ever!
Shit driving 😂😂
Pls do 9 and 3 not that 10 and 2 rubbish

Then tell us what system you're having then and why it sounds better?
@@reeseboi8704 The JHM system sounds better because of the X-pipe. The latter makes a huge difference.
