Hi Guys, I was told to adjust the valve gap spacing to make the engine runs better. But looking at this video ...seems like there are no valves gaps to be adjusted. Please advise how do I get the engine to run good. My engine sounds quite noisy at the moment. Appreciate your reply
Hi! In this case you do not need valve adjustment, it could be that you have a problem with the heels, and that is why it makes noise. Kind regards
Buenas tengo un Mercedes w124 300d 113cv om 603912 Ranchera. En el bloque motor tiene la bomba de aceite para la suspensión autonivelante .la pregunta es lleva la misma junta culata y la junta de la tapa de balancín es egual? Gracias ante todo
Hol! Exacto, la bomba es movida por el árbol de levas y por lo tanto está situada en en extremo de la culata. La única junta que varía entre las 2 versiones (suspensión autonivelante y normal) es la junta de tapa de balancines. Sobre este tema hablamos en el siguiente tip: bit.ly/2B2XxBs.

Can i turn the engine to the right timing mark on the crank with the head of the block to correct the timing ?…. i currently have my head off for a valve seal change and going to do the timing chain aswell since my timing was about 7 degress off when my camshaft mark was right on the dot. (i also noticed that when i had removed the head from the block the timing on the crank had increased to about 12 degress, not sure how or why that happend)
Hi Axel! Of course, you can move the crankshaft and camshaft by hand and leave it approximate to the timing marks. Regards

Il est pas rare qu'une ou deux vis casse au serrage, le plus curieux sur cette vidéo c'est la graisse sur les vis de culasse, car le serrage sur ce type de véhicule 300D ou 250D se fait à sec selon la revue technique ?

c'est de la graisse cuivre que vous appliquez sur les vis ? pourquoi ne pas avoir filmé le démontage des chambres de précombustion ? merci d'avance pour la reponse
Hi Pascal! Exactement, c'est de la graisse de cuivre qui est appliquée sur les boulons, mais de l'huile moteur peut être utilisée. Dans les vidéos, nous montrons le processus d'assemblage des produits fabriqués par AJUSA, n'étant pas les pré-caméras parmi eux. Salutations
