You can speculate about why the Administration did this. It would be great if the House could get it together and separate out the Ukraine Package and get it passed. The fact is the bill that the Senate passed needs to be completely pulled apart. As you heard there is a Package for aid to Gaza and isn't there an immigration piece tied in with this. Indeed the Biden Administration thought they could get away with sliding the Israeli aid through- but their Package was Way Too Heavy and so it has thankfully been bogged down. As you heard Sen.
