Maple Sap Collection and Stove Set Up

In this video we collect sap for the first cook off of the 2024 maple syrup season. We ended up collecting around 90 gallons of sap. Also in this video is the setup of my custom maple syrup evaporator featuring the home made stove, cook pan, and vent hood assembly. It's the vent hood assembly with exhaust fan that allows us to cook the syrup in the shop without making everything a sticky mess! Enjoy!
