It’s also a money issue. I live in a middle class area across the street from a park with a big baseball league. There is one major league size mound/distance that is treated like holy ground. It’s only for the older travel teams…or you can skip paying for gas for a week and pay for pitching lessons in an indoor facility.
Catching 70 MPH+ is too scary :(

Assuming this, what would happen if an athlete throws off the mound 6 days a week? Hypothetically speaking 2 of those high intensity days, 2 short boxes, 2 recovery days all on a mound. Would that be ideal or too much mound days?
to many only do a couple full days do some like 50 percent just dont over use your body itll fall behind and u might end up geting injured of overuseing it dont ice use heatpads ice can slo bloodthlo
