- Hi All,
This is final VLOG about land leveling of our farm before we move ahead with the construction of our house. In this VLOG we are trying to share with you all how we created one more set of flat area and motorable road to reach TOP part of our land.
I have also shared information on charges of JCB machines which are mostly used for land leveling.

Very well done brother, I been through exact same situation but only difference is I got a good vendor and got the things done in one go.
In my case we had a make taal (stone wall) to level our plot.. my next plan is plantation in this monsoon and build a small house ..

Yes. Not for now but in due course we will have pond for crab and fish

Sir can u pls tell me how much time it took u to flatten 10k square feet (in money n time proportion)

Greetings from Swayampurna Farms!
It took us around 3-4 days to flatten 10K square feet land. We had lot of big boulders in our land which took time to extract and place them properly.
In our vicinity rates for JCB is around 1K to 1.2K per hour. So amount spent is between 24K-30K.
Please ensure that you dont give this work on contract and go on hourly basis only.
