Is this our first look at the BBC News graphics for 2024?

During one of the BBC's live streams of the 2024 Elections, we got a brief glimpse of what a refresh to the BBC News Channel's graphics could look like. It is very similar to that of the Election 2024 graphics, but instead uses the BBC's red brand identity colour for News.
On the same live stream, the headlines font during the News at Six was Reith Sans rather than Reith Serif (and it does look great tbf)
It's worth noting that Creative Director for BBC News, Chris Cook recently replied to a user on Twitter, who asked for 16:9 graphics, with "coming" x.com/chrisckm...

I thought of that too. Even though I'm sure this is just a special aston graphics for the 2024 General Election. (Still, IF they are going to use it, some adjustments are needed!)

that might be added with the bbc news countdown 2024, used in the breakfiller. Also the umbrella has the 2019 bbc News branding 😩😩😩

Most of the design elements are actually still similar to the old ones, just with some adjustments: More Reith Sans font and less Reith Serif, modified ticker design, floating lower 3rds etc. The animations and other elements however, like the ticker, is still similar to the old one, but just looks cleaner as there isn't massive blank space due to safe area border.
