I love that you mention the brush but you ALSO mention how its shape has changed over the years. That way someone doesnt go in with the same brush and not get the same result. It's the small details that you do that I adore!!!

I love that you have brushes that are 10+ years old! My favorites in my own collection are my older ones that have worn down to "fit" my eye, if that makes sense lol.
I have SUPER hooded eyes ... if the standard halo eye doesn't work for you because your lids eat up the whole halo, try putting the colors in .. like verticle stripes? Instead of the small color blocks that robert did. Its not quite as neat but its visible even on your most hooded days!

FTC MUA I’ve been wanting those colors so bad! Two palettes that I’ve heard good things about from YTers I trust are the Melt Gemini palette and the Kaleidos Futurism-scI-Fi green palette. FTC MUA I’ve been wanting those colors so bad! Two palettes that I’ve heard good things about from YTers I trust are the Melt Gemini palette and the Kaleidos Futurism-scI-Fi green palette. Thinking about biting the on the Kaleidos palette because I’m so curious about the brand the price is great:)))))

So yesterday, I introduced my 20 year old daughter to yours (and James’) videos. There's is NEVER enough purple! I'd rather watch someone creating looks with purple than the same brown/orangy boring colors 🤷🏻♀️💕
I feel the exact opposite. Purples make me look like I've gone a few rounds with a professional boxer. Neutrals are much more universally flattering and will last the test of time.
Personally i love a kind of dusty mauve purple ... more fun than browns but not super intense and more universal
Check out Ashley Ellix if you haven’t before! She uses lots of color and often does halo eye looks as well.

I have to say, I have learned a lot from you. I struggle more, because I am visually impaired. I truly appreciate the extra time you take to show not only the placement of the brush, but where you should be holding the handle of the brush. Keep up the great work!
