Though I haven't tried it, yet I have seen people doing it. You have to have two holes trills on triple T and it has be so precise that, bernier caliper has to be used to measure before drilling. Precise I mean not even 1 mm of error. Then Bajaj avanger Handle bar riser with Himalayan handle bar.
I can feel your pain. There is one Service Center in kolkata who still have 2-3 pc in stock. Though it's the 25Km from main city but worth it. I struggled too bro I understand. But no worry ASCO is the good brand as some of the hardware of GT 535 is from ASCO.

Actually 100/90/18 from ralco speed blaster is actually the rear tyre of other bike so while fitting that into front just reverse the direction of arrow marked on the tyre. There is a reason for reversing it as motorcycle tyres thread pattern always go in opposite direction, you can see any motorcycle and if you observe the direction of thread it's just reversed. At start i followed the direction and my bike stated wobbling. Then i read online and got to know that it should be reversed. now did 340 Km ride in 6 hours last week itself with no issue at all.

It's a normal straight rod leg guard bought it on amazon for 800Rs and made a U-clamp from welding shop. So that i didn't have to do any alterations on the bike frame. I can show you the pic on Insta.
Sir good stuff you have made about the RE GT 535. By the way me bhi gt 535 own kar raha hu and mujhe Bike ke liye ek suitable Saari Gaurd ki requirement hai to agar aap kuch suggest kar sake to please kariyega.
I don't think you will find it now as the model has been discontinued. You will have to do some "jugaad" and use other bike saree guard. I tried searching online but no luck bro.
@@cgt5353 yes i know that we have to do some jugaad. i have also searched out so many Saari guards of the all different bikes but i found that the gt 650 or interceptor 650’s saari gaurd is suitable for our bike. For fitment that also some jugaad of a hole is required in 650’s saari gaurd and then it’s ready to fit & use but it costs 1600 Rs.
@@yashwantsinghsisodia2461 I can say one thing bro GT 650 and GT 535 have same Chesis, so any outer accessories can be easily swapped in between those two bike. And I am really sorry bro I am not much of a help for you here, because I haven't use saree guard.

Bro pulsar one is shorter in length, apache one is the perfect fit. But keep in mind if use the apache one don't let heavy weight pillion rider sit at the back. Feel free to ask any other question

Is it worth buying continental gt535 in 2021 ? And what about availability of its parts ? Can you help, because I got an offer of gt535 2014 well maintained but hesitating only due to its availability of spares.
It is definitely worth buying bro. Just do as i did after buying, i went to service center and i told them "This is the 2nd hand bike I have taken, please do make it new". They will do the necessary things just you have to spend some penny. For me it costed around 8k to rectify everything. Regarding parts I have done many research and found that parts are still Available im authorised SC or genuine parts store, also all the engine related parts are direct fit from any 500cc bike from Royal, Enfield. And rest other just do some DIY, or you can ask me directly. One more thing bro, GT 535 will never disappoint you. I am in love with this bike. Man maintenance and parts seems to be costly should i go for second hand or not? The one i am thinking of buying is 2017 model 11k km done ask price is 1.25 how much should i pay?
Go for it bro... It's damn cool bike. Yes maintenance is on higher side but you will not regret it. And the price he is asking is little high as paid around 1.2L and it was ridden for 3k km. So for me it was a good deal. You can ask for 1 or 1.10 maximum and spend 5k on the bike in service center and make it like new. Thanks for watching my video bro
One more thing dude parts are costly most of them have cheaper alternatives. Just go thru my other videos you will get it. Now before purchasing just have any RE technician see the bike for tapped noise if it's within permissible range or not. That is very much important bro. Rest change engine oil, oil filter spark plug and air filter you are good to go.

Go for it bro... It's damn cool bike. Yes maintenance is on higher side but you will not regret it. And the price he is asking is little high as paid around 1.2L and it was ridden for 3k km. So for me it was a good deal.
You can ask for 1 or 1.10 maximum and spend 5k on the bike in service center and make it like new.

Now before purchasing just have any RE technician see the bike for tapped noise if it's within permissible range or not. That is very much important bro.
Rest change engine oil, oil filter spark plug and air filter you are good to go.
