Theoratical it could be 163, if you go second you opponent has a 0,1,2,5 cost and you have Wong mystique (3,4) you have 6*2*4=48 for the buff. Then you get Odin 7*2*8=112 add up previous buff and base power 112+48+3=163.

With a Negative / Mystique / Wong / Odin (or Onslaught) I could get a like 90 power 0 cost Sage... followed by a free Taskmaster. Insane

Answer=No. Though at 14 power for 3 energy, the 3 extra power on Red Hulk seems irrelevant. 😂
