- Terminator: Survivors is an open-world survival game set in the world of the famous sci-fi franchise Terminator, In this original story taking place after the first two films, you take control of a group of survivors of Judgment Day. The game has both solo or co-op mode. The player is faced with multitude of lethal hazards in the post-apocalyptic dystopian open world game, Where you fight against Skynet's machines who will hunt you down relentlessly and rival human faction survivors who will also fight you for scavenging loots and more for the desperate measure of survival. Get ready for this upcoming open world survival game in 2024. Terminator: Survivors will be released on early access for PC (Steam) on 24 October 2024 and coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at a later date.

@@Thepvpguy128 i think it is single player rpg, with multiplayer option. as in there is actually a story mode for single players. unlike some games where you can only do multiplayer coop modes like left 4 dead

I'm sorry for you, running it all with ultra settings and 165 hertz HDR Monitor, all set to 165 FPS. It's smooth action as long as the internet stays strong for the online games.

I will play it on the Xbox series x first and then on my PS5 to compare them the same way I did with Terminator resistance but on Terminator resistance. I played it on PlayStation first and then later on Xbox

I hope they make the terminators an actual threat that should be avoided or at least require a lot to destroy a single terminator. It would also be good if they made it challenging by making it so when you destroy a terminator skynet is alerted and will send others to that location forcing players to play smart.
We're gonna see T200s to 500s, they were easily dispatched by regular gunfire. It was when the 600s came about it became difficult to destroy given it was the first time Skynet began using Titanium frames.

It's set in 2009 in the OG future war. Man I have soo many lore questions, why is their an 800? They weren't inventer til 2026. So John Connor's Resistance? It makes sense given the Resistance didn't took shape til around 2020 but elements & military remnants were around since the beginning.

Well, I have both the PS5 and Xbox Series x. Optic feedback on a controller vs possibly better performance and graphics, my choice is the Xbox Series X. But if both consoles are the same in performance and graphics. Then the PS5 will be my choice do to an added feature of a optic feedback controller.

Such a bummer it’s single player. This is a perfect concept for online multiplayer. Teams of survivors in an open world environment. Missed opportunity.

Doubt it, the people making it are the same ones that made Robocop and Terminator Resistance, I loved those games but I'd like to have 3rd person as well

Terminator Resistance was an unexpected surprise imho. Of course it has got its flaws, but no other game has been nailing the settings like resistance did before imho, the lore was both epic and struggling sad though. I cannot wait to play the new Terminator installment on co-op either, the hype is already on motion to me.🤙🏻

Open world could work for terminator as long as they make the terminators an actual threat that should be avoided unless you have the right weapons and even then it shouldn't be easy.
