- In a final attempt to try and fix the audio quality out of my action cameras for motovlogging.
I go though what I have tried, responses from these companies and the lack of support from people that actually receive these cameras for free to test.
Are they testing them to how they should be used? Or do they just follow the script in order to not ruffle any feathers?
The things I need to work out, Is the external audio setups on these cameras really this bad or is it just my helmet?
Do I need a new helmet? new camera? or both?
I’m interested in the helmet you may be going for. I need to replace mine after hitting clay on a forest trail. My ribs however did not fare well.
Im looking into the new shoei. Yep cracked ribs are definitely not fun.
I have a Action 4, and have on order the mic adapter and a Lavalier 2 premium ultra-low-profile mic which I will be testing in a XD4 will let you know how it goes.
Have a look at Wheelie Good TV he has a video out on his mic setup. By the way I wouldn't go near another GoPro Its not worth the frustration.
Ive just finished testing it all, and there is a clear winner audio wise. DJI were very uncooperative when it came to what they had tested the Action 4 with.
@@koalakoncepts Check out Wayne RECs video's he has some interesting vids on action mics regards to moto ruclips.net/video/waJ8_W1tOqo/видео.htmlsi=qJuirXEMQ47jDWYa
I used to watch million dollar bogan on RUclips. I’m not sure what tech he was using but it seemed to work. 👍
He just yelled into the gopro
Ive finished all the testing now, that video will be out next week.
