I've made a lot of changes in my life and began loving myself first and putting me first regardless of who is not ok with it. Usually it's people that have overstepped boundaries and benefitted from me being a people pleaser in the past. It's freeing!!
One thing I said I was going to incorporate was in the mornings before I get up… With my eyes closed do a full scan on how I feel physically to know what I need to nurture, where my mind is to know where my mental is for that day and what affirmations or prayers I need to really pour into myself, and continuing to show gratitude for a new day to be better “everyday in every way”

I just was talking to my bf that I want to work on getting less easily overwhelmed and stressed, I am realizing I have to bring all the thoughts I hold in my head to the Lord first and then the leftover that needs to be addressed with others I will be able to do in a healthy way and I want to stop being so anxious and fearful of the future & challenging tasks. Recognizing more that there is nothing that me & God can’t handle! 😌🤍
