Considering I build BGA plants for a living, this is so neat.
Fermenter 'ECK' means 'corner': all the other fermenters are round bildings and this one is a building with corners which has the same specifications as the fermenter 200. ;)
All I can say is WOW, that is 1 complicated BGA, I tip my hat to the mod maker for a so so impressive mod, and I selute you as well MrSealyp for a monster of a review and Ideas on the the whole BGA can be placed all around the map great work
I was thinking the "Central Liquid Manure Storage" should be placed near your hog and cattle sheds to magically distribute your slurry to where you have your BGA set up. I don't see any mention of a catch radius so is that how that would work?
The combination of this BGA with the new fermenting silo I think will be awesome. It's getting very tiresome running truck loads of silage to the animal dealer every January.
Someone probably already said this, but right on D pad gives you 3 more color options on each piece.
Have you reviewed the BGA recently? I just downloaded it for the first time and watched your video to find out more info, but the production chain side of things has changed alot and seems a bit harder to understand. All the icons have changed too, making it seem a bit confusing.
True. Also, they rebalanced it and now it is muuuuch less profitable
Wow what a system, Kastor has done a fantastic job with this! Definitely a complex and in-depth way to make a custom BGA but I love it, the addition of production chains has enhanced this so much from the FS19 version.

An you turn slurry into digestate and then take out the digestate?
I know at the end of the video, you weren't sure if the electric charge and methane were selling. Around 39:17, I noticed that the number for the electric charge was decreasing. Maybe it wasn't reflecting in your bank balance because you started a new hour? So perhaps it is selling and updates you with the compensation at the top of every hour? That's just a guess from watching your guide. Which is great by the way, it's just a pretty complicated system. I'm sure some real money could be made from it once all the odds and ends of its working could be sorted out.

They could make an entirely new simulation game out of this mod alone. BGA Simulator, here we go. LOL.
My only request from Giants is to make each “production facility” collapsible and sortable. It becomes a bit of a mess when I have 10 fermenters and a laundry list of production modules. The production list is in order of built date. So tough luck if you have OCD, like me, and you’re adding a new bunker, mid game.

That is a lot to digestate lol. Lots of money and work just for poop and power.
Yay! for the ability to lay out the BGA the way you want it! I guess you could setup all the pieces and change out which way to take the digestate, depending on needs, but I think I'd skip the secondaries, and just sell the electricy/methane, and store the digestate for use as fert. I'm sure the generator has to be an "end point" no option to not sell, so there isn't any logical (programming) issue with looping. (i.e. sending it's output to it's input)

not complicated. just distribute everything until the last section or generators and boom easy
anyway to transfer slurry from building to building eg cow shed to fermenters

This bga is by far still way better & more realistic than the pumps n hoses one

I seen a video of this by dj goham. You don't need a ramp for the bunker, you can tip on the floor.
I think the bga dj used was base game
I might of been thinking about a different one but I know it was definitely a mod because I remember him thanking the modder for being able to tip on the floor 🤔

Great video on this BGA stuff! Where does the Methane and electricity sell too and for how much? There not prices for those in the menus.
everything on distributing and it will find it way to whatever can use it as it gets product from the first building/production stage, want something stopped turns to storing . have nothing on sell and all on distribute with generators when prices are low and it will just keep doubling what you have until prices are good and you just turn from distribute to sell on the building before generator. will go play poo see how I go :P.

Thanks for this deep dive into the modular bga. Just a quick thing about the central liquid manure storage. I put this on the farm next to my cow barn very close to the cow barn slurry discharge point. The I put a slurry tanker near to these 2 points. If you do it properly you can load and discharge into the storage at the same time. Set the storage to distributing and then you don't have to cart slurry to the bga.
It's a shame that the electricity fills up so fast. Hopefully the modder will do something about this.

Wood chips would be a awesome addition........does stuff transfer to other productions or will it go to the stuff only in this mod?

The output is cut sugarbeet.
So it’s probably been answered before but how would I store electric charge and methane. Is it a matter of installing a charge point or is it something we can’t do so we just sell these products directly
You can sell them directly and there are placable charge points which pretty sure you set them near the bga and it uses the stored charge

You need to go on the category "other" in the shop
New map just dropped on Modhub Calm Lands and a few more equipment.
This just over complicates things. May as well just by the normal bga and save yourself a load of time and headache
Costs a ton of money tho, even for the small one.. and here you have the option to design it and lay it out however you want.
