Hair turned out great, we will see how long it lasts. Took me 5 hours to complete which is how long it last at the salon.

I tried this treatment 6 months ago and I love it. My hair is still resistant to frizz, but the smell of the treatment had me running through my house lol. It's very strong. I'm ready for a touch up, but I'm not sure if I want to use that same one again only because the smell is strong

I love wearing my hair straight but i am literally petrified to do it cause my hair is so healthy right now and it gets damaged easily. It also always feels like im doing it in vain cause of my porosity, it poofs back up sooo quick! I used to use another brand at home keratin treatment and my hair got do damaged i had to big chop again. I havent worn my hair straight in Years out of fear. Help me Sis! 🙏🏾😫
I’m using the hair Botox from this brand to re-heat train my hair. I am going to try my hardest to learn how to keep my hair straight for two weeks or longer and still workout…and I’m hoping keratin treatments help me with that.
@ i have! When my hair is freshly done i either do Pilates or workout in the evening. If i workout in the evening i dont take my hair down until fully dry (under the drier or over night) and in the morning if my roots are still puffy ill use a heated round brush on a lower heat setting at my roots to smooth them. I deep condition every wash so my curls are still good. Also, i rollerset my hair i dont blow out.

So, I just did this treatment last night but I used “Keratin research” and I lost about 80% of my curl. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m not mad at it. I will say that it removed about 95% of frizz and that’s the most exciting part for me. For reference my curls previously were about 2C/3A, thick hispanic curly long hair. Did you wash your hair after applying the shampoo Because you did directly after shampooing blow dry the hair then you put the treatment Then you used flat ironing But what about the third item ?
So, you didn't say whether or not you use the mask immediately afterward - or I missed it. I do a DIY Brazilian Keratin treatment (been doing them at home for about 8 years now) and one thing I have to do is to leave the product in for three days after the flat ironing step. Then I can wash my hair and deep condition, but not before.
I’ve done keratin treatments before but this is my first time using this particular treatment. It didn’t smell bad at all. Smelled like conditioner to me

Will you do a follow up when you do your first wash? No one ever shows what your hair looks like natural after these treatments.
