    If your stuck in the mountains the sound you want to here is a group of ram trucks breaking trail done thought you treaded off your power wagon for bronco

    Finally - thank you - PW in snow and used like they are intended to be used. I just got my PW in Nov 22 - waiting to be able to put it to a test after some better bigger tires and some repairs before doing what you are doing here. Again thank you Justin for the entertainment.

      Recommendations? 1.winch rope 2.size and make of tires thinking at least 35's and bf ko2?

      @@phatkid20 get a winch rope rated to twice your winch capacity. Or at least 1.5 times. Tires, I have falken wildpeak at3w and they're great. Others have duratracs, and one has kanati trail hogs. All work well. All terrain tend to function better.

    That last power wagon with 40 inch tires and chains on should of led the pack.... Funny the only ones with vent flare still on the bottom and OEM tires, kept getting stuck in the middle and led the pack😮

    My old setup would have gone through that like it was nothing. Granted, it was a diesel front loader that I put a big PTO-driven snowblower on in the winter...😄

    You made it sound like this puny 35s were inadequate. I'm looking to upgrade to 35s on my F150 once i wear down my factory 32.6 " *cough* " AT tires. Looked fun and a great training/learning exercise.

      @@JustinKingOffroad that's an endless treadmill.....35......37.....39........ would 37s fit on a power wagon? My F150 will max at the 34.8ish range without modification. I'll climb up to 285/75r18s in 1-2years. Now on 265/70r18s Will gain about 1inch clearance with upgrade. Then I'm off the upgrade treadmill for tires :)

    Hi Justin, I am very curious to know what kind of bumper your friend is running with the swing outs? That is exactly what I am looking for. Too bad AEV does not offer their rear bumper in that configuration. Thanks! Matt

    I love the Dodge pickups I like the dark blue I don't like the tires that you guys are using I had an 84 Bronco and I put 35 on it good year all parades and I never got stuck in the year 77 snowstorm in Is state of Is Maryland But you guys haven't a ball I wish I was there

      our snow here is absolute garbage most of the time. very sugar like with no moisture. almost impossible to get any traction in. once time, back in 2016, we got a super heavy wet spring snow and i was able to drive on top of 36 inches of it with my jeep. it was so much fun!

      wheel hop is mostly air pressure. lower those pressures!! i was running 30 up front and 20 in the rear. that's the magic zone on 35s where it goes away.

    AWESOME video, looks like a ton of fun! My Sony DSLR camera mic has the same problem when shooting video. The mic is WAY too sensitive. The slightest breeze makes the audio just awful. Got a shotgun mic and fuzzy cover for it, but haven't had a decent opportunity to try them out. I'm expecting excellent results, though. I'm sure you'll get better with more experience.

    Ive had pickups with a four inch lift and thirty three inch tires that would out perform those power wagons. Six inches of snow and there stuck.

      Mmmkay. Snow conditions are everything... this snow was concrete on top and absolutely dry sugar snow underneath - which does not pack and offers virtually no traction. Every stuck in this video was a rig framed out on drifts that were 3'+ deep, where the tires were suspended well off of the actual dirt.

      Oh yeah for sure. Most of us were in the 20-30 pound range. That seems to be the safe pressure for how heavy these trucks are.

      i am on 35s. i have chains for the front but i don't put them on unless it's a real emergency. rear is all i've ever needed.

      I just use the free sticky back ones it comes with. That 3m adhesive is legit!
