Great as usual. I have a question for you, please. I'm working on a data that measures serum calcium before fasting and serum calcium after fasting for 3 groups. How can I compare the calcium Change - by fasting - between the 3 groups? Shall I use repeated measure anova?
Hello Muhammed, thanks for your positive feedback once again! If you have repeated measures (within-factor) and different groups (between-factor) you should go for a mixed anova. The anova_test()-function can do that for you, you simply have to specify the within- and between-argument accordingly. There will be videos further down the line as well. Best Regards, Björn.
