I have An assignement same as this one but i don't know if I need to perform a normality first before moving on to ANOVA. do we need to check the assumptions and how ?
Does anyone know how I would do a very similar ANOVA but with data collected from 6 groups at 12 different timepoints? (i.e. plant height in 6 treatments; 3 plants per treatment, collected at 13 time points)

19:28 Correction: The test is NOT significant at 99% confidence level since P-value > 0.01
P-value>0.05 accepts (Ha)~rejecting equality of means (H0)! I think you were right
Should not we start with verifying the equality of variance first before preeceding to ANOVA ??
This tutorial saved my life. Bless you 🙏🙏

Amazing work. Clearly explained!!!
Thank you!
very nice work!.....wishes from India
thank you for this!
Very clear, thank you!
Well explained

I have a question, one of the assumptions of ANOVA is normality in the data or normality in the residuals?
did you know the answer?
very clear explanation

What if it has four variables, how the ANOVA ?
Sorry for the late response.
It doesn't matter. You can use ANOVA to compare the means of two or MORE groups.
Could I have your email and document for self learning ?
Well explained
