    I have a question, one of the assumptions of ANOVA is normality in the data or normality in the residuals?

    Does anyone know how I would do a very similar ANOVA but with data collected from 6 groups at 12 different timepoints? (i.e. plant height in 6 treatments; 3 plants per treatment, collected at 13 time points)

    What if it has four variables, how the ANOVA ?

      Sorry for the late response.
      It doesn't matter. You can use ANOVA to compare the means of two or MORE groups.
