This bridge is like a work of art on massive scale. Just don't see how the on-ramp merges with existing highway, don't look right to me at this point.

The metal barriers/fence with slanting extension at the top are installed to prevent people from illegally gaining access to adjacent property by crossing over the same barrier/fence.
If you notice, where there is no adjacent property, the metal barrier/fence installed has no slanting extension at the top.
