Thomas! I just digitized a 1992 cassette recording of Blues Room set from 105.9. The tape says 02 but the commercials on the tape talk about 1992. Great tape! Great stuff here!

I love Dave he is my favorite and I feel he is so underrated and underappreciated let's not forget he let Bob Dylan sleep on his couch! 😂

Yes Bob covered it then Dave had to stop playing it because people thought he took from Bob, then Bob had to stop playing it when the Animals covered it!!! If Dave had never sung it think the animals would have never either and that’s the version most people know
It’s sad Dave Van Ronk is not a household name!
