Thank you for this video. I feel almost exactly the same and find it hard to articulate it. I wish people would leave me alone and stop asking questions about why I'm acting wierd again and not explaining myself clearly about how I feel and why I'm so messed up when I'm having a dissociation episode. I think I'll send this video to my friends and family, so I don't have to keep explaining my madness over and over again to new people.
