Really good to hear that you liked the skate so much. I was a little apprehensive that they would be super low quality, or flimsy, but it seems they are pretty solid. Love the bravery of going with a soulframe and the rivets.
Very curious about this skate, definitely going to give it a shot. The rivets on the cuffs are to me a cool thing as I’ve definitely lost a few cuff bolts on my go to Aeons 😂
Removable cuffs and soulplates are cool if you like to customize i guess, but IMO replacing parts once a skate is broken in never feels right. I've always set up my skates and skated them into the ground as is, only switching wheels and bearings. I don't care about customization so riveting everything actually sounds pretty great to me- the less screws that can come loose, the better.
@@WiffleAxeriveted cuffs and buckles bug me because I always wreck them! Always wear through at least one set of cuffs and buckles on every skate I own!
Ayy thanks for the DENVER shoutout! I can't wait to try these skates, and I think a lot of folks have been looking for something similar. So cool to hear how much you like them and it shows in your skating :)
This was the razor boot mold before they release The Flat.... what great memories!... might have to give these a shot just for the nostalgia and at the same time support the company while giving those frames a shot
It looks like a fine skate but i don't get their price argument. You can get a pair of Thems, Razors, USD or Roces for a similar price. There's a lot of great skate at the $200 price point
The real question is... Would you recommend these or standards... I liked this video alot, now you got me thinking if these soul kits would fit the impala lightspeed skate the black and white marble effect.
All depends on your own foot and what it needs my friend; would not recommend to remove soulframe. Just wait until they come out with one in a year or so
Huge fan of the Aeon, OG Roces 5ths, Razor, and the TNEC frame and wheels. Definitely going to be giving these a shot. Plus, I’ve got to support my Utah Blade Scene homies 💪🏽 never losing a cuff bolt like the Aeon is a bonus 😂
from what I remember, he said these are 41/42 and that it fits well even though he usually has to use a 43 size (because the low part of the liner is thinner)
@@carolcvargas1 Thank you! I'm a 275 like Ricardo and, going off the internal shell sizes, it seems like the medium is too small and the large is too big. But you never know until you try!
Nothing for a size 12US foot? I've had this size foot since I was 15. Seems weird not cater to people with a common shoe size. Size 10 - 11 - 12 shoes always sell out first
I think it was just kind of lazy to not change the frame to take advantage of the soulframe aspect. I'm sure it was easier/cheaper not to redesign the frame but as an entry level skate it would be a bigger advantage to new skaters to be lower and have a wider split(both of which you should get with a soulframe).
You’re projecting your goals over the top of theirs and you’re making assumptions about what a beginner skater needs which may be different for everyone
@@maneotis4g63t I can't think of any circumstance in which more stability and less wheel bite wouldn't directly benefit a new skater but there I go assuming again. Though I guess if you make it as hard as possible for the new skater anything after that will be easy and their accuracy will be insane. Well looks like I can think of a circumstance you're point has been proven 😆
@davidb4979 I got em. They're lower and lighter than any of my Them, Roces, Salo, and Mesmers with TNEC frames installed or otherwise. Ricardo "expected" them to be lower based on Aeon mechanics. But I'm telling you as i stand in them, these are stable and possibly one if not the lowest on the market. And the soul is made of the hard frame material, so they potentially slide faster for longer than an Aeon.
I really dont understand this "recykled" Razors for 250 euro. A skate that has no screws but rivets and is, as you say, produced as "cheaply as possible" ...should have a maximum price of 90 euro. Anyone with a bit IQ prefers to buy standard M12 UFS skates, which are sold for 100-150 euros and is a high-end skate with a proven quality.
i wish in your skating segments you'd just do no music and let us hear only the skate sounds. adding music to the clips makes it feel more like a filler montage or something and imo the clips are really sick so the music detracts from them

Aye aye Denver!
channel members saw the raw clips first!
Solid review, I am really excited about these skates
I know you want them with the court wheels but hey. These felt NICEEEEE
The wheel addict returns! Thanks for the review. Is there a way you could make a video explaining spins? The whole thing seems a bit hard to follow.
It sounds like an M12 shell on an old valo soulplate :)
Got them yesterday. Its the same shell I had in my first rec skates in 95. Great frame/soul combo, but the boot seem "rough" coming from them skates.
You had them Variflex!
Sad that companies are not making size 45/46 in certain skates. But, the industry is booming.
Woah, haven’t seen a Sole Frame on skate since the 98 first run 5 th Elements
I'm not the biggest fan of aggressive inline skating, but seeing you do it makes me want to try it!
Please try it

Is it also the roces m12 mold or not. Hard to tell.
@@RollerbladingwithRoss It's the razor's impact mold. similar but wider and a little bit different than the roces/lighting mold.
great review tho! tempted to try them now

You're definitely not getting thems for 200
We need more wizard type boots as opposed to another aggressive boot. There is massive gap in the market for wizard style skating boots
What brand do you recommend for a beginner?
Great video 📹 as always 👍
You mention width is good in 41/42 for 275 but how about length? Any comparison to standard omni medium for fit?

I am a big fan of soulframes.
Kizer made a soulframe right? :)
Is that shell comparable to the cult shell? Length/width?
Any chance that those soul plates fit m12s?
Dude are you just living a whole new life in these baggy pants? Am I missing something?
Usd got some for154 they are really good and look good playlife¿
I got these for my first agressive skate and they are so fun

Lol I kept saying watch everyone like the TNEC instead of the Omni and here we are
Is it raised heel?
Sorry if I missed it -- what size are you skating?

those offbrand fake yeezy foam runners at 15 seconds hurt the soul.
🤷🏻♂️ adidas adi fom.. very comfortable
Shoutout adidas

What does "Skate Fast and Die" on your hat reference?
It’s from Bobi Spas and Cody Lampman company’s brand - INFERNO
Yea the rivets certainly suck, but you make due, find the right drill bit and drill them out, not a hard mod for anyone in inlining.

You absolutely rip, Ricardo!
Love the helmet and the silly music.

Didn’t you just say this about the standards?
i'm wondering, what's your age ?
It looks like a roces copy 😂
those liners dont look that bad
i mean nowhere near my prime liners but yea
Click clack.
RL reviewing... sorry not reviewing another crap skate
Tnec? Sound weird
The new everything company
Make* not made lol
X grinds are corny and cringey coming from an elite skater
