i can say that he was an amazing skater on and off the board.
i was lucky enough to watch him skate and talk to him.
he smiled so much.
he was the definition of happy.
how the hell could 22 people dislike this part. it's still gnarly to todays standards, think about it; 14 yr old kid in local skate vid, fakie flip a 10 stair, nollie 5 a 12, suski grind a 7 and just straight out destroy with mad style.

this is a super fluid part really shows how good he was and he was only going to get better he didnt even hit his prime yet. he was only 19.

it sounds fucked up but shane cross parts for some reason seem more impactful when i watch them than other parts, just knowing that hes gone and hell never skate again. it somehow magnifies the whole aesthetics of the part and it gets to you more. notice all the brick walls and floors? it goes really well with the song and the editing. know what im saying? life is precious RIP shane
