I would definitely like more info! It did help somewhat to see how different this is to the way I used to train per social media (now I don't train at all), but I'd love more info. Like how many minutes, sets, reps. I don't know why wrapping my head around exercising differently is so hard. Thank you for your content! I'm binging on your videos
loveeee this! thank you so much, Dani. I'm super excited to get back to sport after watching this, ahhh! btw: you look to be such a good mum, spending so much fun and healthy time with your daughter!! I would not like to face your swing in pickleball though 🤣
Hi Dani! Thanks for the video. Honestly, I was expecting to see more weightlifting sets, HIIT sessions, and morning runs, as that’s what I usually see on social media-even from people trying to recover their periods! But what you present is an intuitive relationship with exercise, and I’m striving to reach that point where I move my body for enjoyment. I’ve had HA for months and have struggled to stop exercising. I’ve tried to reduce the intensity, but it fluctuates from day to day. It’s a journey, and I hope to reach the shore in the end!
I LOVE your channel including more vlogs & content about yourself & your life. 🙂 I've been following you during all of my recovery journey (the informations provided here were ultra helpful, muchas gracias) so it's lovely to get to know more about you, thanks for sharing Dani !!
