Okay I understand that people change their mind and I do think Freddie is a good guy but if you marry someone knowing that they're steadfast in a certain decision, I think it is selfish to expect them to change their values. That is like marrying someone of a different religion and expecting them to convert to yours later on. To me that is pointless...and a waste of time. You know what you signed up for. If Freddie leaves Jeannie solely because of this, then that would be a selfish decision. However I can't fault a person for wanting what they want, so I don't blame Freddie
I agree with your points. Two people should never become a couple if there different points of view on having children. It is no compromising on that decision. I believe Freddie was just giving Jeanine time to change his mind. He should have his desire met but was dead wrong to put her in this position .
Empressive that's the thing tho. Jeannie was never certain about having or not having kids. she's been going back and forth with the idea. they both are wishy washy. and its totally normal for ppls values, ideas, goals, beliefs, etc to CHANGE when they grow older. how can we be mad at Freddy for growing? it just seemed like they've grown apart
Empressive I dont think he is being selfish. He seems to really love her. I dont think there is a right or wrong in the situation. I dont think he is wrong for wanting kids and she is not wrong for not wanting them. They just want differant things. Her husband is older now he probaly sees his friends and family with kids and desires a child. They been married for ten years. People change.
I'm so sorry for Jeannie. We can't totally blame Fred for changing his mind cause people do change. But I don't think Jeannie should be forced to change and have a kid for him. This is a tough situation.
Soneta For...They can afford there lifestyle! Besides this show... what is she doing? She needs some serious prayer. 7 years ago, Freddie has changed. He may have said OK I'm the beginning, but for a man, when you see all your male friends, enjoying this fatherhood, it's disheartening when you married a woman that doesn't want children. I have kids because I'm not married, and I never wanted to be a single parent. For me, personally... I couldn't have married a man that never wanted children!
If she is reconsidering her decision, Freddie has communicated a strong desire. He mentioned in the clip about two couples breaking up over this matter. Jeanine feels the pressure because it is no compromise on having children. A marriage can easily become a lifetime of regret and resentment.
Shaw Sway yeah I don't think that this will last either. Adam mentioned couples who broke up over this, which is true. I also think it is fear of the unknown and that caused anxiety adds pressure to her because she is constantly thinking about it. I see fear in her eyes because she doesn't want more responsibilities she takes care of everyone in her family. My heart breaks for the both of them it's a lose-lose situation.
My man was in a relationships with a girl who was afraid of kids and likes cats instead. And he was honest with me that he though she was going to change later on about having kids bc she was young that time( we both are born in 89s and my man is born in 86s) and they broke up few years later is more about after she cheated on a chat, but if she didnt cheat and he would be with her few year and leave her bc he had the desire to have kids and i remember when we atarted to date he asked me about children and what i think about me, he wanted be sure before we went into a relationships and now we have a 7 month baby girl.
I think low low low low low key , Jeannie wants a child. But she's scared. She's seen the sacrifices that her parents have made for her. Not only that , the lifestyle that she lives and loves currently , she doesn't see involving children. Period. She doesn't have to carry. She Doesn't have to want to carry. Having a baby won't save their marriage. Not having a baby won't break their marriage. Plus , I don't think people understand. Not a person on this earth , living or dead , asked to be born and brought into this world. But here we are. With no script. No manual. No guide. Nothing but the people who came before us, raising us, trying to educate us for the next generation to come along. Having a baby is no easy tasks. People say "give him just one child." What if , god forbid, Jeannie entertains the idea of a child, gets pregnant, and then she ends up like loni and miscarriages ? How discouraging would that be for her and Freddie. What if she took that miscarriage as a sign that she was never suppose to bear child ? And how dare she try ? But y'all didn't think about that. What if her child ends up being special needs or something ? Everyone doesn't have a strong heart or mind to take care of a child with special needs. Dozens of children with special needs are left at hospitals and doorsteps everyday because people can't handle everything that goes with raising a "special" baby. What if she takes that as a sign that she's being punished? There are sooo many things that go with having a baby. So many outcomes that we are not aware of that could happen. Things we have no control over. Things that you have to have the utmost faith in , no matter what the outcome. It's hard. It is hard. IT IS HARD. And you should not have a child to save a marriage. You should not have a child for someone else. Because Jeannie is the woman. She carries for nine months. She goes through the heartburn. She goes through the morning sickness. She goes through peeing on herself cause the baby kicks to hard on her bladder. She goes through her body changing in all sorts of ways. Hips adjusting. Belly growing. Hormones spinning out of control. No one else. And yall want her to go through all of that because "it's the selfless thing to do" or "if she loved Freddie." Nah dawg. Take into considerations every thing that happens. Cause you're with this child for life. You can kick em out the house at 18 , but that's your blood. That's your flesh. That's half of you right there. Jeannie might not be my favorite panel host, but she has every right to feel every way that she feels. Do I think she could take some steps to ensure a healthy pregnancy just in case she ever decides she wants to have kids ? Of course. Maybe freeze some of her really good and healthy eggs ? Absolutely. Look into surrogates and things like that? Why the hell not. But Jeannie is not my wife. She's not your wife. And she's not the women That we want to mother any of our kids. With all that being said ,before anyone sits and judges and thinks it's ohkay to call either Jeannie or Freddie selfish, selfless, speak ill will or intent on their marriage , or whatever , have several seats. Because this ain't your battle and bloods not being shed. So don't tell me, or more so , do not tell Jeannie that "it won't hurt if you just have one". Have several seats. And as always , be respectful towards one another under this comment. Period. You don't have to get nasty with one another. Have opposing opinions. But be nice. "Tactful" even. Thank y'all. And goodnight.
Ckandybhear This is the perfect post. All of the points are well made 👌🏾. I agree that Jeannie has a fear of the unknown, which is why the idea of having a child scares her. And yes maybe I shouldn't call Freddie selfish, but I think if you're not honest about extremely important things, that can be considered selfish to another person.
Empressive very true. But no one truly knows Freddie thoughts. It's all speculation that maybe he married Jeannie and thought she would change her mind later. Because Jeannie has said that they both agreed prior to marriage that they were both def. sure they didn't want kids. Freddie later having a soft heart and changing his mind doesn't make him selfish. However your point is very valid. If you're always honest with yourself , then all you can be is honest with everyone else. And I think both Freddie and Jeannie need to be honest with their selves about the situation at hand , and then come together with their honesty. It'll all work out though.
If she decided to have a kid just for him, knowing she don't want one, it's gonna be all bad. And if he really wants a kid he's gonna leave. see it happen several times
Maybe Freddie was able to accept not having children back then and as he is getting older he has changed his mind. None of us are who we were 10 years ago. I don't blame either of them but I must say she also married him knowing the he at some point before they got married said that he did want kids. I pray that they can resolve their issues and stay together.
I feel bad for Jeannie Mai. She has a lovely relationship with her husband when he's appeared on "The Real." Its clear she's conflicted. She said she didn't want children and her husband supposedly agreed on no children before they married. Now she is considering something that her heart probably isn't 100% for. People need to mind their business and stop pressuring people to be like them. I don't ever want children and I have both females and males tell me that I'll change my mind. It is not your place to tell me what to do with my body. It's the ones that were like me and never wanted them, then had them and have to pretend they wanted their kids. I'm honest and have no problem saying no to kids. People need to tell the truth more instead of BS'ing.
Amen sis ! It is what it is. You're not less of a woman because you don't want children, you simply know who you are and not what you want! That's a GOOD thing. When it comes to haven't children , no matter what anyone says , the mother has to make the bigger sacrifices of all and not every woman is willing to do that.
I can relate. I don't think it's fair to her if he is putting pressure on her because she was honest with him about her not wanting children before they got married.
Say it again, some people out there having kids that should not be having kids, just because you can have sex and get pregnant does not make for being a mother! Well said👏👏👏
if Jeanie doesn't want childern----- she's being very Honest !! God knows Men all don't want kids .they will deny a child ,question their women or even leave her! it's finnnnnnne ! if she Doesn't want child ! there are women out there that have children but don't raise or even want them! the child SUFFERS. GREATLY FOR IT. Thank u Jeanie got being REAL!!!!!!!!!!
I understand both sides, before my hubby and I got married I thought I wanted children, however, the older I got I realized I didn't really want kids, if I have them great and if I didn't that's great too. So I understand Jeannie not wanting kids, I also understand Freddie growing and evolving and realizing hey I'd love to be a father. I'm praying God sends them wisdom!!
In one episode Jeannie did express that both of them didn't want children before getting married. Unfortunately, What you want/think at 28 is not what you desire at 38. I understand why he feels this way now. I understand her reasoning, too. I pray for their marriage. What a great couple!
I knew this day was coming for Jeanie & Fred. I don't see this ending with them together. he will get re-married and have a family and she will continue with her life, or she will have a kid (which I don't think she will, because she understand it won't save her marriage) and resent her husband. I never wanted kids but then life happened and though I'm prochoice I could never see myself abording what God blessed me with....becoming a parent, it changed me. I would not change the outcome now know the other spectrum of things, but I was dead ass Jeanie that knew I didn't want kids... just wanted to be the cool fun aunt. I know that love that other parents talk about, but it is something you will only experience when you become one. Good luck to them both.
It is difference between becoming a parent is not too important vs a desire never to have children. He may have confused the two which was unfair to his wife and himself.
Jay'Rell 4Real...your right! He grew up and changed his mind. You can dicuss this before marriage til your blue in the face. Maturing /changing will happen regardless, either together or apart.
well if h3 goes off and have a out of wed lock child then that'll be his fault not hers. can't blame a woman for what a man wants and can't blame her when a man CHOOSEs to leave their spouse for someone else
Poor Freddy. He is not selfish. He loves her and people grow in relationships. There is nothing wrong with him hoping that one day she will change her mind. He expressed that he wants kids and SHE is the one that is about to leave. Not him.
People change their mind all the time. They both new in the beginning that they did not want children. Freddie did change his mind over the years. And that is 100% okay. He knows he didn't at first but now he want to be a dad. Jeannie has see and know what her parents had did for her family. Read Ckandybhear post for more information. She said it perfectly. However, In my option, I do not believe that the marriage will survive this. Not because they do not love one another. You can tell they do. This is a huge issue for them. I personally feel when it come this topic, settling is not okay.
Am going through the same thing right now. I totally understand where Jeanie is coming from. But one thing, she should have been clear on what she wanted or didn't want before they got married. She said she told Freddie that she probably didn't want kids. Well probably is not a no and that's probably why he is mentioning it now. Me and my husband both didn't have kids before we got married and we both said that we did, but now we both are hesitant since we been married. So I feel it's best to know exactly what the other wants and to be very clear what you want or don't want.
I feel the same way Jeanie does. People always give me a hard time abt my decision I’m so glad she is staying true to her decision despite of what’s at risks, although I would do it for love. I feel if I found the right man who was there to support me I would have a change of mind. Babies are scary but not so much when you’re doing it with a partner. Jennie is extremely scared and she doesn’t trust or love Freddie enough. Love conquers all
I think Jeannie wants kids deep down but I honestly think that it's her marriage that she is not sure about, and she doesn't want to do it on her own. Mind you they were in marriage counseling some time back. I really would love to see them work it out but in my opinion Jeannie is really not sure.
I think she would make a great mom. But fears are real people as open as she is she still hasnt and wont share it all. I hope she does get over the fear some child will be truly Blessed to have her in their life.
i don't think either are being selfish. Jeannie never wanted kids and I suppose her husband tried to convince himself that he was ok with that because he loves her. But at a certain point, you can't continue to pretend. they've been having this conversation on this show for a long time, one didn't suddenly change their mind. I'm pretty sure Jeannie admitted he wanted kids in a much earlier episode. The only thing I find selfish is jeannie's opinion that it's her sole decision. when you get married, you're a unit, and can not make a decision in your marriage as an individual.
i have 5 kids and I totally understand her decision to not have kids, because it's not about you anymore it's about the kids or child. I applaud Jeannie for standing for what's she believes and don't want. I do believe if anything ever happened to him she would wish she at least had that piece of him and the same for him. I think Freddy see how great she is with kids and knows she would be a absolutely amazing mom. not everyone has that "I wan't too be a mom one day"vision some people are terrified of having a kid of their own. My life with my kids are about them. I think I'm going to be more like my mom once we we're grown and gone now they're living life to it's fullest, vacationing several times a year and it's brought her and my dad even closer. when we were little it's was about raising us and they forgot about them as a couple. I'm praying for her❤
im bet this is why Aisha Tyler and her husband broke up, she used to talk about how great he was on the talk and all of sudden she was getting divorced and paying him 2 million dollars...
My mama always said that if you have a baby, that you should have it for yourself. Don't have it for your husband, boyfriend, mama, friends, etc. I didn't totally understand until I had 2 of my own . People do change their minds along the way in life as we learn and grow. If she doesn't want kids, she definitely shouldn't have them. I hope they work it out.
In the beginning she said she was "pretty clear" that she "probably" didnt want kids. There's no way to predict how u will feel in the future, but "Probably" is not clear enough. Hope that makes sense.
So Freddy is now selfish because he wants kids now, but the whole time Jeannie kept talking about how it was her decision, like she was not married? I would not be surprised if the ended up getting divorce over this. Why can't Jeannie be considered being selfish for continuing not to have kids, despite her husband changing his mind? I don't even see a ring on Jeannie's finger in this clip.
I've been married now for 25 yrs, and trust me when I tell you as you get older you change either together or a part. Her marriage will not survive this. I hate that because I value the commitment and sacrifice of marriage and I love couples.
Why can't freddie be called selfish for changing his mind all of a sudden..?!!! Men do this all the time to women, and they tell us that WE CANT CHANGE THEM! It is her body and her decision , marriage doesn't change the fact that a woman's body is HER OWN! He knew what it was when he married her , but because he's "ready now" she should just give in..?! Please ! If their marriage doesn't survive this then that simply means it wasn't supposed to. Maybe her true love is out there waiting on her after all... WHO KNOWS !
Isatu Mansaray I also think she is kind of selfish...she said she feels like if she were to have a child there would be things she can't control and it scares her. You can't control everything that happens in your life ...she seems so religious so she should just let God guide her. She is lucky if she can conceive cause there are a lot of women who want kids but sadly can't get pregnant( myself included).
I think its so easy for us to judge this couple but the truth is none of us really know these two, how they met, what they really agreed on going into marriage or what they discuss behind closed doors, all we seem to hear is Jeannie's side of the story. It would be interesting to hear Freddie's side though i think airing such private issues is a huge mistake from the start as it will eventually affect your marriage in a negative way one way or the other.
Both of them are selfish, and shouldn't have been married in the first place. Having children is a very very very sensitive situation and both parties needed to be on the same page before jumping the broom. This marriage was a ticking time bomb from its inception and it will soon explode.
LadyChaos101 He could have pretended. Just because he loved her and wanted to marry her, he agreed not to have kids; and thought they would have that irreversible oops moment. In my opinion, I think he wanted children from the beginning. He thought she would have an epiphany and change her mind 😊
Yes, i agree. Not easily to change others mind. Freddy know that from the beginning. Here my suggest to Jeannie, why don't you both addopt 1 kid & let your husband raise your kid. No divorcing at all.
There is alot that goes into taking care of a child than feeding it, clothing it & providing shelter....ppl really are saying so casually "just have one child" like your choosing which pair shoes to wear today instead of it being a big life commitment/choice. It's Jeannie's body, her choice.
Don't do it Jeannie! He will try to talk you into this and still end up leaving you for some silly reason or another and you'll be a single parent , while he goes out and gets some other woman and just makes more kids ! Men like Freddie are just SELFISH! Period! Men like Freddie are also the kind that tell women to "accept them as they are", but don't extend the same courtesy to a woman. If their marriage doesn't survive then it just may not be meant to make it. That's ok. At the end of the day, it's her body and she is the one who will have to be a mother to some children that she may not have even wanted to begin with. I can just imagine how things will be if Jeannie gives in and has Freddie's kids and they STILL divorce ! She'll be left with HIS children to basically raise on her own! Jeannie better follow her gut on this one for REAL!
As a nurse I have never met an old lady who still stood by their decision that they are happy they never had kids. They all end up saying they wish they had kids. When your nieces and nephews are grown out of super fun auntie if you ain't got money for them to come get bwoi it's a lonely life.
everybody has the right to change their mind about ANYTHING....doesnt mean it right but its your choice... as much as Jeannie wont change her mind... Freddy has changed and both are entitled to. From here on end i wish Jeannie can keep it private. This is a marriage between 2 people not a social media group..
This is a really good video, the way you put it together and explained it...I agree with you, it's terrifying thinking about things the kids will go through that you can't fully protect them from. I have 2 kids that are my world and I completely adore them, BUT! I get so scared thinking about pedophiles and bullies and stuff, and it honestly makes me kinda sorta wish I didn't have kids. I would be completely heart broken and depressed if something happened to them while I wasn't around, and they'd be thinking, why isn't my mom here protecting me at this time?💔... But having them did make me more aware of the world and a better person, but had I known more about pedophiles before, I would not have had kids.
From the clip Jeannie's reason for not wanting a child came from a fear of unknown possibilities that she would have no control over. Freddie has simply grown up and decided that he wants children as someone else has stated. I am a mom of 3 and I never wanted kids or wanted to get married. Been married twice. I should have stuck to my guns on that. Lol I now have a one daughter who is 35 no kids, never wanted kids. I support her and any woman who chooses for herself and her best life.
I don't want kids and my boyfriend has two. he told me when we got back together he didn't want anymore. 6 years later he's pressuring me to have kids, settle down etc. I wanted to marry him not I'm conflicted because of the whole kid thing. I know exactly how hard it is and how Jeannie feels😢😦😔
Lots of people are coming down on Freddie. Jeannie was equally wrong for marrying this man knowing it was a possibility that he wanted children also. They both thought they could come to an agreement on the issue and they didn't. The fact is, marriage is a gamble either way...if you both agree on certain things in the beginning, forever is a long time to say you would never change your mind about a certain thing, or that you wouldn't change your mind about a certain thing. When you a marry a person, you have faith that the both of you will grow together and continue to develop the skills necessary to make the marriage work. I wish them both the best.
If Jeannie don't want to have kids, that's her business. Kids is a lot of work and being a star traveling around the world is not a good life for kids, so I understand her to the fullness. If Tamera wants another kid have one, who cares, at the end of the day, I'm not taking care of your child. Please, give Jeannie a break.
You also have to understand being famous your children cannot have a normal life. If they try to its hard, then they are under way more pressure than any normal kids. If I was in Jeannie shoes and see all what famous people goes through with their kids being attack talked about; I would not want kids neither. How ever I got marry young and had my child at 19 she is now 15 and doing great but it takes so much of my time and focus, living in these days of times. One thing I can say yes I have meet men who got marry in their 20's or early 30's and never wanted kids and then as they grew they wanted children. But I have never meet a woman who said they did not want kids when they was in their mid to late 20's in their 30's to change their minds. We mature faster then men so we already process our thoughts and did our research and made up our minds. What we have to realize is when a man tells you something we have to take in consideration of his age and if he is ready to make final decisions! Before we take their answers as the final say! He might have mature but she was already mature! They are a great couple its just they are going two different ways right now. I can tell in her voice she is suffering by this because her heart is set on not having kids. My daughter's dad is deceased he is my late husband. Died when I was six months pregnant. I said I will never have no more kids. My daughter haves only me, my fiance said he did not want no more kids come to find out he only said that because I did not want kids. He was praying I change my mind; I told him I do not have time to carry a child too much happened in the accident when I was pregnant with my child it will make my pregnancy hard on me especially now that I am going on 35! My daughter has 3 more years of high school and is already pre accepted into 2 colleges! I gave up my life to grow her up raise her in God and guide her to be the young lady she is today! Now I just want to focus on serving God and helping out the world! He wanted to adopted because I do not have sex out of marriage so he was not going to try and be sneaky to get me pregnant anyways! He adopted and he is hands on with the child. I do as much as possible but I am not hands on with the child. I provide her with things but time! I am dead set on no I cannot no longer give my time to a child. Mentally and emotionally I can not, I use to teach head start change my profession because it is too much. I raised 6 other kids older than my daughter for cousins that was grown and wanted to party. I have no problem of doing things for kids but your own child demands so much time and energy! With a busy crazy schedule somebody might say you are selfish for not being more hands on with your child. This is a world where everyone is judging nobody wants to deal with that. If she haves a child people will judge her is she is not around that child a lot. It is too much so I understand her, trust me people judge me and say he is a good dad well he wanted the child I am raising mines with no help in anyway!
And another thing, men can conceive a child at 70! So, yeah he is getting older now and wants to be a father but Jeanie is not Benjamin Button! She is not getting younger. We as women can't just have a child at any age. That's something that Freddie (and my husband) needs to consider and remember too.
If she does not want kids, and her husband does, well, they are on a different level of life. They need to move on and divorce if the two can't agree on having children. I am not a advocate of divorces, but see, if Jeannie has a child for her husband and she does not want the child, she will resent the child and her husband, which will strain the marriage and probably end up in divorce.
He clearly wasted her damn time . Jeanine isn't selfish she told him bottom line I do not want children and he still married her to waste years with her to then possibly break up because he all of a sudden wants children. Everybody calling her selfish she doesn't want a child a lot of people don't want children and want to be child free and live life. I went through the same thing and I left. You can't have a child to make someone happy or save a marriage.
I just hope Jeannie doesn't have a baby JUST to make Freddie happy or save her marriage. If she's prayed about it and knows deep down she doesn't want children then she needs to stick to that. Having a baby she doesn't want may cause her to resent Freddie, the child and herself. That could break up her marriage. The same for Freddie. If his desire to have a child is not something he can compromise on then he needs to say it. They both need to lay their cards on the table and figure out what's best for them both individually and as a married couple. I really hope the best for them both.
Who you are and what you want when you get married may be completely different years later. That's why many marriages fail. No one and nothing remains the same forever; it's just a matter of whether the changes are ones you can live with or not. If you can, you negotiate and compromise. If you cannot, then you should probably leave.
If they don't divorce, or Jeannie would not change her mind, the problem will always linger on; That will make Freddie more unhappy for many years to come, as this will lead to him regretting her even after 20 years (if he would still desire to have kids). They better solve it as early as possible before wounds deepen. Besides Jeannie is christian. The man will always remain the head, so she shd think twice, before she loses him through fair or foul means... my two cents
The only selfishness is to stay together when this is the biggest elephant. It maybe hard but the way I see it just move on. so you can be happy and he can be happy. If u stay he may creep out and get a child which will be worse. Sad situation :( sigh.
I think Jeanne knew that it would lead up to her deciding on weather or not a baby are to be envolved in the relationship sooner or later because i have heard her talk about it over many times so this is not a surprise to me that it's an issue just give the man some kids all of that comes with marriage he need her her him they are no longer for themselves but be each other help and prosper he is in control of her body and and her his body
He married her despite the fact she said she didn't want kids and he is selfish? I find both of them selfish. Jeanie doesn't want kids and he does. What bugs me the most is that she comes to the table to get advice when what she should be doing is talking about it with her man. Going around saying maybe or probably means you don't know yourself. I like Jeanie I do but I'm sorry they both are selfish and need to work it out alone with no other friends.
This is why Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston broke up! I will never forget seeing his interview with Barbara Walters... when he said... "THE BEST JOB A MAN CAN HAVE... IS TO BE A FATHER!! "He left her because of it! Angelina didn't break them up.. Brad was already on his ways out! When they did the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith! I get Jennifer wish she would've had his child... now... she's past her time! and Brad has 3 kids of his own and happy as a father!
Kina C sorry kina but you missed my point her broke up with Her because she was putting her career before family. Her career was very well established! Friends had come to an end after multiple seasons after they all made an million bucks and season, so he told Barbara Walters he was very patient. they were together for years before getting engaged, but when it came down to him wanting a family she didn't want that! So they broke up. No one should be forced to bear children for any man. I do believe that Jeannie has something else going on deeper. I don't think anyone is trying to shame her into having babies! It's just Tamara loves being a mom and loves how it makes her feel! What is Jeannie going to do when Adrienne comes up pregger? It saddens me because... I've never heard anything woman say, I never want kids! I made the choice not too because of other issues! But being able parent is the deepest love and woman can have. It's God's blessing to all woman!
Jolie filed for divorce from him... and no one still knows why! but she's always strange woman by far! She opened Brad to all world of humanity and giving that he never knew. I wish they'd work it out!
God said in Genesis "Be fruitful and Multiply" Marriage was originated by God to expand the human race, not just to have sex for fun. Jeannie Mai needs to grow up and realize that she is a woman and especially married women should expect to give their husband a child.
Yeah they will definitely break up. If he wants children and she doesn't it's over. If his friends and family members around them are having kids. They will break up. But if a woman waits too late she might struggle with infertility.
if u don't want them she don't want them... but we are women we are made to have them.. Not saying that's all a women is for yet our body's are made but hell she 38 why now ??
He changed his mind he's aloud 2 y is it that he's bn selfish I think not men have biology clocks just like women do. But @the end of the day they have 2 do what's right 4 them. If she doesn't change her mind then he has 2 decide if he wants 2 stay in the marriage hopefully he will......
Empressive I agree with you 1000%
I agree with your points. Two people should never become a couple if there different points of view on having children. It is no compromising on that decision. I believe Freddie was just giving Jeanine time to change his mind. He should have his desire met but was dead wrong to put her in this position .
Did Jeanie say she is 38 years old? I thought she was in her late or early 30,s
Tina Jackson she is doing plenty of things " besides this show "
@@tinarjackson9844 She doesn't like kids. Why have a child when you don't like babies?
He didn't pressure her, he just express he wanted to be a father.
Jade Basham ...That's sad that she has to be responsible for her family! Seeing to all there needs... she can't manage her own!
Empressive I believe her reason goes so much deeper than even Freddie knows!
best comment on here, come through.
Amazing comment!!!!
There are too many "Oops Kids" all ready!
well, when you love someone , it's different..
When she told him she didn't want kids and knew she felt strongly against it he shouldn't have married her bottom line....
She, really made me cry today.I mean you could literally see the pain and hurt in her heart and what it's doing to their marriage!
God knows Men all don't want kids .they will deny a child ,question
their women or even leave her! it's finnnnnnne ! if she Doesn't want child ! there are women out there that have children but don't raise or even want them! the child SUFFERS. GREATLY FOR IT. Thank u Jeanie got being REAL!!!!!!!!!!
it wouldn't be selfish of him, it just means they have to have a real open conversation before resentment is in either of their hearts
Jeannie has got a deeper issue than what she is saying! And think it goes back into her family roots!
Tina Jackson there's not always some deep reason when a woman doesn't want a child
LadyChaos101 she's felt that way since her teens. But I wouldn't her to make any choices she will regret!
People change their mind all the time I guess as he got older a child is something he wants now
sc p...I totally agree
It is difference between becoming a parent is not too important vs a desire never to have children. He may have confused the two which was unfair to his wife and himself.
Her husband never gave her an ultimatum. She is driven by fear not faith in herself or her husband .
He's gonna get kids somewhere else ....... I love Jeanie but her husband wants a child bottom line
Jay'Rell 4Real...your right! He grew up and changed his mind. You can dicuss this before marriage til your blue in the face. Maturing /changing will happen regardless, either together or apart.
Jay'Rell 4Real She also knew that Freddie wanted kids before they were married.
Jay'Rell 4Real point blank period
well if h3 goes off and have a out of wed lock child then that'll be his fault not hers. can't blame a woman for what a man wants and can't blame her when a man CHOOSEs to leave their spouse for someone else
He won't have it out of wed lock he's gonna get him a new wife she said they're getting divorced
Loved listening to your comments about this topic! I agree with you 100%!
I don't think she's going to give him a baby either. Look how torn she is about it.
She seems very decisive
both tamera and jeannie would be/already are amazing mothers. Love the song you used in the background
I think they were on the same page and he changed his mind later.... as humans do
LadyChaos101 He could have pretended. Just because he loved her and wanted to marry her, he agreed not to have kids; and thought they would have that irreversible oops moment. In my opinion, I think he wanted children from the beginning. He thought she would have an epiphany and change her mind 😊
Asma'u Yakubu he could've or he could've not but that's all speculation. I'm just going off of what Jeanie said
LadyChaos101 No matter her explanations or his explanations, their marriage is hanging by a thread. May God give them fortitude.
I don’t think he’s selfish at all nor is she. He just changed his mind which is normal. Everyone changes within seven years.
Yes, i agree. Not easily to change others mind. Freddy know that from the beginning. Here my suggest to Jeannie, why don't you both addopt 1 kid & let your husband raise your kid. No divorcing at all.
Ppl change and their same change. He may have agreed initially but matured.
I don't need to know about this.
I think she cannot have kids! but I do love her. May God take them through what ever they are going through, that is life!!!!!
And another thing, men can conceive a child at 70! So, yeah he is getting older now and wants to be a father but Jeanie is not Benjamin Button! She is not getting younger. We as women can't just have a child at any age. That's something that Freddie (and my husband) needs to consider and remember too.
Don't do it, Jeannie!
Jeannie would be great mom when ever she is ready for it .
I agree I think he is the selfish one. He probably thought he could persuade her.
Jennie is afraid of what the "elite" will do to her child. The rabbit hole is deep!
The only selfishness is to stay together when this is the biggest elephant. It maybe hard but the way I see it just move on. so you can be happy and he can be happy. If u stay he may creep out and get a child which will be worse. Sad situation :( sigh.
He proposed to her, she still had the choice to say no to his proposal.
She's right. She shouldn't have them just cause her husband wants them.
I hope the'll be fine!
Feel for Freddy
He married her despite the fact she said she didn't want kids and he is selfish? I find both of them selfish. Jeanie doesn't want kids and he does. What bugs me the most is that she comes to the table to get advice when what she should be doing is talking about it with her man. Going around saying maybe or probably means you don't know yourself. I like Jeanie I do but I'm sorry they both are selfish and need to work it out alone with no other friends.
Fatumata Gumaneh thank you! exactly!
And now she's having a baby
This is why Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston broke up! I will never forget seeing his interview with Barbara Walters... when he said... "THE BEST JOB A MAN CAN HAVE... IS TO BE A FATHER!! "He left her because of it! Angelina didn't break them up.. Brad was already on his ways out! When they did the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith! I get Jennifer wish she would've had his child... now... she's past her time! and Brad has 3 kids of his own and happy as a father!
Kina C Lol! OK... but his children are beautiful!!
Pray for them
Jeannie and Tamar are too damn gorgeous 😍
let him hv a child with someone else then...the man is tired of the empty house
I wish them luck even if it's separate
I always wanted kids, but i couldn't have any i had a miscarriage
When people (men or women) tell what they don't want, believe them the first time. That's why he lost her.
Yeah they will definitely break up. If he wants children and she doesn't it's over. If his friends and family members around them are having kids. They will break up. But if a woman waits too late she might struggle with infertility.
She not wearing her ring . they probably already separated
Jeannie mai is gorgeous
Jeannie is selfish.....she really needs to give her husband a child before he goes out and cheats on her and ends up having a child by someone.
If you don't want children don't have them for no man. They need to go there separate ways why there on good terms.
It's sad all around. I feel they will divorce. They are both young enough to find someone else who wants what they each want.
I hope for her he does not " jennifer aniston" her .
I don't see nothing wrong with not wanting kids. i feel like its her husband fault because if he wanted kids then he shouldnt have married her.
nobody is born mom.
we all born girls, then become moms
if u don't want them she don't want them... but we are women we are made to have them.. Not saying that's all a women is for yet our body's are made but hell she 38 why now ??
divorce is better
she probably was touch when she was a child and don't want to speak on it
he will leave her because of that
just give her shinji
And He travels A LOT
He will have elsewhere jeanne! !!
don't worry
He changed his mind he's aloud 2 y is it that he's bn selfish I think not men have biology clocks just like women do. But @the end of the day they have 2 do what's right 4 them. If she doesn't change her mind then he has 2 decide if he wants 2 stay in the marriage hopefully he will......
she is selfish as hell
Poor excuse.
She is just selfish I don’t care what anyone say
first
Tamera needs to have several seats because that white husband of hers is going to leave her soon
