You made some great points towards the end. I can tell we dont agree politically, and i can respect it. But I do want to point out that you also fell for, and contributed to, exactly what you said.
Both sides are in their own echo chambers right now and its not helping anyone by adding to it by demonizing the other political leaning people. I think we all need to know both sides are being manipulated. I hope we can all get back to being proud and unified Americans soon, but its going to take more people hearing each other out and curbing the trash talk on both sides

I agree with what you say about others political leanings but it’s hard to reconcile that a party that makes laws taking away women’s rights, advocating against gun control even after all of these horrific shootings and advocating against LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 people. That’s not just an echo chamber that’s on the ground facts that ultimately undermine the core of our democracy. It’s an unfortunate truth and will probably end up a lot like Civil War.

When one side is openly supporting a foreign enemy, openly supporting a man who states he plans to be a dictator, and openly makes excuses for the most vile and repulsive acts and statements, you cannot possibly claim "both sides".

Meanwhile, the Biden administration censors political opponent’s speech, classifies political opponents as threats to democracy, used the justice system to prosecute political opponents. Ignores the Supreme Court rulings - Biden is a tyrant and so are leftists. There is no mending this.

@@CinemondoPodcast I'm sorry, I never saw the notification for this.
But by no means am I saying both sides need to agree, they exist to disagree, essentially. My point, that after re-reading after a month or so I realize I didn't do a good job at explaining, is that the PEOPLE in these parties are still Americans. And while we're going to disagree on a lot, I think the fundamental issue we're facing is we're not viewing people as people, and that's furthering a divide.
And believe you me, I disagree with a LOT on the right as well. (I align more as a libertarian) but I think if everyone gets out of the party mindset and is willing to have conversations with PEOPLE on the other side, we'd all agree we essentially want the same thing, we just don't agree on the 'how'
It's something I still struggle with, and why I made it a point to sit and watch your video to it's entirety and comment, something I never really do, because while we disagree, I can tell you're all genuinely good people.
My only hope is that we can all learn to disagree on whatever, but we retain the fact that we're all Americans, on the same team, and will eventually work out our differences. The idea of fighting ourselves is such a heartbreaking thought, and I know both sides feel the same and just want to be heard and to take action. I just hope cooler heads prevail in the near future

@@ct5625 I'll agree that I do not understand the cult surrounding Trump. I try to do my best to weed out the obvious lies or misinterpretations, for him and Biden, but I can also understand the situation a lot of people are in right now. We can pretty much guarantee that it'll come down to Biden vs Trump, and there's a lot of people that are disappointed in Bidens direction for various reasons, and not to mention I feel a lot of people think he's unfit for medical reasons, which aren't his fault, but definitely contribute to peoples decision in this.
All that to say, we're funneled into two bad decisions, but not everyone that votes for trump is in his cult, if that makes sense? But in saying that, I think everyone agrees that no politician is trustworthy regardless. I don't have an answer for where we're at, I can just hope we can come together regardless of both sides politicians wanting us to hate each other

A California Texas alliance seems nonsensical at first but if both states secede independently from the US for different reasons, and are both attacked by the federal government in Washington as a result, they will put their differences aside for mutual defense; at least for a time.
You live during the most important moments of the past 1,600 years with the fall of the Roman empire. Every great civilization has been destroyed from within, and 40 generations of your ancestors lived and died and never saw anything quite like this.

They're also the two states with the most military power.
The third most powerful is Virginia (I believe).
I would not be surprised if that fact is pivotal to the plot of the story.
If a rogue "President" (it's stated at the start "Three-Term President" indicating his illegitimacy) becomes a dictator and is at war with the people, it makes sense to me that the military based in Texas and California would be the first to rise up against it.
Clearly this Civil War involves heavy firepower, it's not just civilians armed with rifles. This indicates that Texas and California retained their military power and joined forces against the military power under the direct control of the dictator.

They literally blew up the Lincoln Memorial! 🙃
Lincoln had refuted any ideas of an invasion of Canada after the Civil War. Canada only had little over 3 million people at the time and they definitely could not fight the a million strong battle tested US Army. The Brits and Canucks were really shitting their pants that time.

Young father here. It wont matter what side your on,every one in America will lose. No resources, food, heating for winter, all businesses ,banks will go. People will lose their homes and parents will see their children starving,if the children still have parents. We as Americans need to look at what will be lost. Heath care gone, people on life saving medications, good luck and parents watching their sick child dying and no where to go. I'm focusing on children because I'm a new dad and it will affect them,if they make it,scared for the rest of there lives. Doom n gloom, too negative.??? unfortunately this is a very real possibility.

Texas and California make sense since they are the big "guys" and the strongest need to be together against other because they have resources (natural and tech), money, population and military power like armies bases and personal.

      1. There’s no proof of him being at inaugurations beyond a blurry photo
      2. Even if he was there, at that point he wasn’t angry at Lincoln. It didn’t happen until later in the Civil War when Lincoln took actions that John Wilkes Booth considered to be tyrannical

lol ‘We saw the warriors on J6’ 😂
I understand people don’t know how many civilians own ACTUAL weapons of war (tanks, troop carriers, armored HMMVs, etc.), but for one, we have 6 million military aged combat veterans in Texas of the 14 million total we have in the country. As a combat veteran, I pray that none of you or any of my people (Americans) ever have to face the horrors of war, but we’re not just gonna sit at home and watch IF anything does ever happen. These kids in the military now, they don’t know war like we do. Not to mention the droves of them that wouldn’t fight for the federal government if it violated their oath to the constitution.
Regarding the movie, maybe like 10% of it really made sense (I already watched it). Whoever put the script together for this left out a lot of VERY important things, leaving the movie to be pretty nonsensical. BUT, it was entertaining to watch at least.
