Bored in Japan??? It's not boring. It's a little lonely and work-life balance is hard there. Work crazy hours but there are lots of fun things to do. But not easy making friends. Korea is better for making friends but a bit shallow. All the best and have a brilliant time

I’m seeing a pattern here where diaspora coming back to Ghana and finding partners but can’t live in Ghana because of lack of opportunities. I hope you both do a video about it.
Living in Ghana long term is tough for those who come from abroad, also the men who want to provide for their partners don’t feel comfortable staying there because they feel they can make more money elsewhere.

I think most continentals have been brainwashed to think that you can only make it abroad, and by and large, fail to see all the opportunities in Africa. Why then do you see all these people who’ve no ties to the land coming to Africa for business? But frankly abroad is only good primarily because of exchange rate. Without the high exchange rate, the little left after paying bills abroad may not be that attractive. Not even considering the lack freedom to be yourself and systematic restrictions on your person. Material things are more attractive to most continentals while returning diaspora are looking for something other than material things.

I remember when I was in school and it was mostly the whites that would travel for vacations. If we travelled, it was once every two years back to the land of our parents birth (for me, Ghana). We didn’t get to experience anything else growing up. Now, I consider myself a global citizen. Raised in the Uk, lived in Ghana and other countries, and I’m exploring the world. Nothing wrong with leaving and coming back on vacation, if that’s what’s best for them at this time. Truth is, there are many opportunities in Ghana and Africa as a whole, however, as much as foreigners are there doing business, they also leave and come back. Staying in Ghana is not easy at all for outsiders. That’s why they leave and come back, often don’t stay for more than 3 months at a time. People have a right to choose their “hard” some people just can’t take all the instability (lights, water, blatant gov corruption, and more). Some people just need structure, and there’s not much of that in Ghana from what I saw when I lived there. I still have businesses there but I can’t live there long term again.

The objective of the funds is to destroy the local economy to import goods from the big countries in Europe and North America that control and finance the funds. Ghana should look closely at the situation in Argentina and Sri Lanka.
