Oh my gosh the information in this video is so awesome! Seriously I just want to watch everything from this session. I just started going to an Oly class and this video is really helping me visualize some new goals as far as technique and mobility. Especially the warm up!
by far the best episode yet! As crossfitters we focus on so much in crossfit and olympic lifting is so detailed we never really get enough in a normal class. killing it Craig! Thanks for this!

It will be interesting to see what stretching you continue to do on lifting days back at the box. Obviously we can't spend 50min stretching before starting a workout. Just not enough hours in the day.

how do you strike a good balance between warming up properly, and spending too much time warming up? I warm up for as long as I can before olympic lifts but I spend 20-30 min max doing so... just don't have the time to do it for hours
