Eh,, Zero picking up where Mebius left off is fine imo. Unlike nowadays Ultraman, Mebius had a clear character arc, and if you love Showa -early Heisei you'd love Mebius, back to plain Ultra brothers heroism. His arc ended with the main timeline being safe from monsters once and for all. Would love to see him once in a while though, now that he can't be considered rookie anymore.
Mebius is one of the best Ultra with an amazing character development from rookie to a fully fledged Ultra Brother. It’s sad we don’t see him that often in newer shows.
Yuzu popping out of nowhere like the small ball of anxiety she is was a welcome surprise, and Momoi at the end with her best Ryu impression before waking up was the cherry on top.
