Yes. I use unscented lotion with all fragrances I use unless it’s a bath and body works fragrance, because they usually have a lotion to match the fragrance.

As a guy, Another 13 is more clean smelling. 33 is very woody. Almost too much so. Still smells good but it’s like the after affect of a bonfire
